4dams does bring up a very good point. You had said when the xp potions were first implemented, that they were an ADDITION to the drops from the chest, not a replacement. Now weeks later, they are still replacing items in chests, so they are not an addition but a replacement. Even though you did say the number of items from chests were increased, it still doesn’t stop a chest from giving multiple potions instead of artefacts. I’ve gotten potions only plenty of times from the gold chests. Perhaps instead of putting the energy bolt/potions in a iron/gold chest, make a separate chest specifically for energy/potions?

The guide says that the level of the mysterious is limited by the level of the player character. That’s a lie, it still keeps on going up and up, past your player character level. And higher and higher, the sky is probably NOT the limit.

Hafock, the issues that you’ve mentioned are quite valid indeed, but what you didn’t realize is that the XP elixirs actually made things worse with grinding for materials. Before their existence in the patch, the iron chests may have dropped “less” stuff, but they still dropped artefacts pertinent to the tier. Now, they are actually replaced by the xp elixirs, so it is harder to farm for specific materials. Or introduce a 4th chest, strictly for XP elixirs. I’ve gotten chests plenty of times where they consisted solely of ONLY xp elixirs which is frustrating when I’m farming for rares.

The highest I have for my units is 70 myself and I’ve been farming for quite a while too, with none of those fancy smancy stunners and being unable to actually get strong enough to farm the levels for them either.

The first part of your still idea hurts newer players a bit over the old ones, since the old ones will have a huge stockpile of materials over the new ones and a bit of gold, so they can easily afford to spam evolve, even if they don’t quite meet the requisites of 100%. Plus, it means most will need to level up their cards to the 80% to 100% mark since failure will hurt lowbies much more than highbies.

BUT, your second option of scaling it is actually pretty good if combined with halving of the max level needed for evolution. So a common would have 100% chance at level 20, but a 5% at level 1, increasing by 5% each time. A uncommon would have 100% at level 40, but starts off with a base of 2.5% at level 1, increasing at a rate of 2.5%. A rare would have 100% at 60, and start off at 1.667% at level 1, or 5/3% and increase by the same amount. And an epic would start at 1.25% at level 1, and cap out at level 80.

It’s also impossible to finish the 20 day login quest for March, since there are only 11 days left for March, so the highest you can get up to is the 17th day, making the crescent rider impossible to get. I suggest giving players 5 or 6 more days of extra login rewards somehow or gifting people with that 4-star at the end of the month?

The stat gains are also HORRIBLE, % wise, for non-commons. For a common, each level up usually results in a 10-20% gain in each basic stat. So by the time a common reaches max level, they have 20x-30x the base stats which they started with. I know that the higher level cards, have higher starting base stats, so having a legendary with 20x the stats would definitely make it way too strong. With each subsequent increase in the tier of rarity, the stat gain becomes less and less, so by the time they hit legendary level, they have around a 30-50% gain over their base stats. This means that leveling each card, gives negligible benefits for the rarer cards.

Infernal Baroness starts with 19k hp, def 400, 7-11k damage and ends up with 36k hp, 860 defense, 25-30k damage at max level. That’s a 100% through 200% gain. Deviless starts off with 21,400 hp (so she starts off stronger), but by the time she hits level 200, her hp is a mere 28,000. I suggest that the difference between the end stats of a legendary creature should be 3x of their starting base stats, 4x for an epic creature, 5x for a rare, 6x for uncommon.

With regards to the evolve level requirement, I believe it hurts low level players far more than high level owns. While it does slow down progress, it doesn’t slow down the higher level people as much as the lower ones. They can easily bring C, UC, or even R to the max level to evolve in 1-2 days if they grind hard enough since they already have strong units. But for new people starting out, getting C or UC to max will take a long, long time. Even with 2x exp, there is an upper limit on which map they can farm for exp with the weak units that they have.

With the levels needed for evolution and the speed in which characters progress, I believe you also need to take into factor on what units are needed to hit level 40 as compared to 20. It is very easy with 2x exp for people with epics and legendaries to hit level 40 or 80. But try hitting level 40 with only commons or uncommons in your party. You can’t exactly farm the higher level maps for more exp since your units will be too weak, so you’ll be doing the lower level maps, even with 2x exp.

You’re a way, way better player than me then. I believe it took me until my 4th or 5th time loop to even hit level 350. But I’m not sure, since I hit level 350 with the aid of the first event. Before that, I usually time looped at levels 150-200. And the last 50 levels are a major pain without help.

Yeah, I was referring to the gold.

I believe that it gives gold to help out the newer players, who may not necessarily be able to get to level 350 on their own. If you start the event with 0 time warps, you’ll still be able to finish the event. By the time the event ends, you’ll have at least 2-3 more time warps, due to the gold. If it wasn’t for the gold, then new players to the event probably won’t even get the 2nd upgrade for the artifact.

Are bosses immune to thievery? When I’m attacking the epic bosses, or the ones at the end of each level, I don’t see any gold whatsoever dropping. But when I had attacked the mandragora, it dropped gold. And when attacking normal enemies, they also seem to drop gold upon each hit.

My critical hits for achievement is still at 0/200, despite time looping twice already. I’ve gotten ranger each time, and given her 25% crit rate, yet I have to get a single critical it? Am I doing something wrong?

I also have sharper’s dice too, which should give all my characters a chance to get a critical hit. And I’m still at 0/200. Is there something preventing me from getting a critical hit off? Others who I have talked to, already got the first achievement by stage 50. I’m at stage 170 at the moment with no signs of critical hits, and I’ve been pretty much updating all the skills of my characters.

So..I was doing some number crunching and looking at the card milestone. It starts of pretty nice, but soon tapers off and becomes an atrocious rate later on, making it pretty much worthless past 10,000 cards (of one type). Not that I even know of anyone WITH 10,000 cards. Based on the wiki, this is what it looks like.

Even if the 2.5m damage may seem a bit much, don’t forget that you’ll also need to collect 500m cards to even reach that point. And that’s at the best rate of 1/500. If you farm infernal 100 with 2 sec kills, with 100% drop rate of 100 card drops, it’ll take you only 3 months to earn it. And that’s with being online 24/7. If you factor in the 0.2% drop rate, it’ll take only 125 years to collect 500m cards. That’s just for one of them. So 125 years for 2,304 damage isn’t really worth it. Then again, 125 years for 2.5m damage isn’t worth it either. I’ll be a great, great, great, great grandmother by then. But at least it is LESS painful than the 2,304 damage at the highest tier.

From what I read on the IOU forums, it looks like any stone gathered while you’re in a different guild, is not usable at all if you go to a new one? I thought the 2k limit was only applicable if you were not in a guild.

So if I earn 100k stone while in a guild, then go to another one, then that 100k has been wasted and the only thing I can do is sell it? I can’t donate to new guild?

Well, if the reward isn’t that high and it is a daily reward for helping out, you can’t exactly super farm it up. They’ll be a limit on how many times you can do it for the reward until it resets again at midnight. I feel that having a pet food as a reward isn’t too game breaking.

I was thinking of a suggestion for the higher ups to help lower leveled people and those who have already completed the challenges. For each duo/group that you help out (that you’ve completed already), you’ll get a pet food (once per day). So if you’re strong enough to help out all the bronze duo/groups, you should be able to get 10 apples from bronze. And then 10 from silver, etc. So most people on average should get 10-20, depending on how strong you are. And the much stronger people will get around 25-35. And the uber strong can get up to 50 per day.

While it may seem like a lot, the cost for upgrading an ancient wurm is 1,000 pet food. So it’ll take 20 days to even earn ONE level up for the pet. That’s not even including how long it’ll take to GET to the eternal wurm level. This way, pets can have some more purpose once you get stronger.

Sadly, I think I’ll be able to only pull off 5-10 pet food per day at my level.

Nah, I’ve beaten it without using kreds. I don’t even have full dragon II +9s either. I have a mix of dragon II +9s, heavy armor II +9s, and divine rapier II +9s. So it isn’t pay to complete. I don’t even have full alchemy either. I did max out the gold earning one though. I’m using Popo, Grulborg and Lililth.

Strange stats for my heroes.

My Popo is level 16 and he has 2011 health, 30.5 attack, 22 defense when I switch to him by clicking left and right arrows.
My Popo is level 16 and he has 2422 health, 39.7 attack, 23.9 defense when I click on item menu, then switch back to him.

My Grulborg is level 16 and he has 2648 health, 120.9 attack, 22 defense when I switch to him by clicking left and right arrows.
My Grulborg is level 16 and he has 3302 health, 161.1 attack, 23.9 defense when I click on item menu, then switch back to him.

My Lilith is level 16 and she has 2377 health, 41.4 attack, 22.2 defense when I switch to her by clicking left and right arrows.
My Lilith is level 16 and she has 2964 health, 57.1 attack, 24.3 defense when I click on item menu, then switch back to her.

Which one is the true set stat?

He has THREE Graughts. Two of them at level 40/40, and one of them at level 10/55. Duplication much? I mean, there’s only three Graughts. Why not go for six? If you’re going to cheat, why do it half way and not all the way?

And yes, they are NOT little trolls. They all have the aura to give beasts 2x attack.
