Topic: Kongregate / Upcoming Badges!

First of I would like to address the set rating limit of 3.8 that is totally unfair for a lot of games here that got bumped down quickly by the first people that played and apparently did not like them.
I have been digging my way through the game lists lately and find it safe to say that most of the games between 4 and 2 points are decent games that simply had bad raters or got an unlucky start here.
Every game site has its own kind of community that favors certain games but the officials should give good underrated games a helping hand more often.

Here a game that I like to promote as underrated and therefore worthy of badges.

The game took a great deal of work including testings from the community to come out as something with great replay value.
I myself (Lance) participated heavily as a tester/ moderator/ lead curator.
Most of the helpers are long time members of Konregate and we all know that this is not the typical 5/5 game for this site but nevertheless we urged the developer to place this finished (the beta been out since 2 years) version here first.
Towards badge suggestions for STWALT.
Easy = call it Basic Adventurer badge. Achieved by completing one quest.
Medium = Expert Adventurer. Complete all quests.
Medium = Companion Adventurer. Travel more then 100.000 KM in total.
Hard = Master Adventurer Kill the Big Red Dragon.
Impossible = Immortal Adventurer (once implemented) Kill the Tarask. (nobody in the testings was able to do so so far)

The current rating is 3.4 and the quick drop down the charts surely is the cause for only 7100 game plays so far.
On the other hand there are similar good games down the lists that sadly have under 1000 plays.
Awaiting feedback….

Topic: Mud and Blood 2 / Post your highest wave here.

I have not played the game here in years.
So I started a new profile today and got this

EDIT: Seams that people think that I am trying to rub that one-in-a-lifetime game in their face but by no means is that my intention.
The shout containing the picture has a negative vote of 8 by now.
I am merely trying to show how simple it can be to get a good game out of this.
Also the haters of mnb2 have sunk lower then ever before.
So why do they even continue to play this game if they dislike it so much.
A simple “not my type of game” would have been sufficient.
They hardly realize that the developer spend a great deal of time and effort with the support of his entire site community to refine this game towards the liking of the player who support it.
Most astonishing is that for such an old game (for flash standards) is that it’s game play count still rises steadily.
Best proof that someone out there is still having a lot of fun with it.

Won me the Guide of the Month contest @mnb.net as well as gotten front paged on the mnb wiki.
I actually developed this back for the 2.6 patch already as an alternative to using a mass of zookas.
Good job there Lucenian.
Towards your question on the teleporting bunker.
It is a game bug. The destruction of your Radar caused it. It’s debris switch with the bunker and the bunker always goes to the bottom left corner.
(possible) Remedy >> Build more then one Bunker or as soon as the Radar is destroyed cover the debris with a Trench.
Quickly building a Trench over Something (not Trees,Bunker, Pillbox …) causes the previous sprite to get deleted or at least partially deleted/disabled.

Towards petso66 guide. Alone reading “Gunner = Meat Shield” lets me shiver at that.
Alone he will be pinned most of the time and those 2 (Officer’s pistol is out of range) solders down there will never hold out long enough to get a good score unless you get real lucky.
But I give you bonus points for using only 6 men.
Keep up the good work folks.

Most of your BUGs can be easily explained. First of all are you even playing the actual version or an older download one?
I see the older version in that video you posted.
TOWARDS: German mortar >> If he is truly in the LOS dead zone then he will not fire. If not then your men could fire at him. Depends on the angle.
German Flak >> Nothing wrong there. Bad luck in your case.
German Nebel >> Once they starts firing no crew is needed anymore just like with our Land Mattress.
German Wespe >>Unintentional game lag. Similar to a unit aiming in one direction and then firing in another.
Dead German in the form of standing >> ?? well I do not know everything. Visit the official site and ask there.
Invisible rock >> Real rare. I have not sen this happen in a long while.
Bunker moving >> I just answered this for the second time in the OFFICIAL bug thread.
German Pionneer >> So he got lucky. Give him a break. :)
CQC in pill box >> In the current version CQC inside (inner square) the Pillbox is not possible save a few rare exceptions like a Flamer can sometimes.
Allied AAA when pick up Crate will not shoot anymore >> I would say that that was a rare bug if at all. I do not have this problem.
Frenchies ran back with positive morale >> You may have seen the pop-up before it dropped below 0.
In way 40, Wespe >> I assume you mean WAVE 40. TIP: past wave 30 anything is possible. Beware!
My mortar left a DUB round? >> Really?? Cool. I never seen that happen.
Half track with the 4 machine guns upgraded >> Image glitch. When the Extra crewman/gunner dies he will still be displayed as being there.
Ran back Volkstrum killed my NCO gunner >> fixed in the newest patch.
You cannot de-greenade zook >> or Flamers,Gunners… though luck bug.

No it does not. The protection goes with it. Read my last post here for details about TELEPORTING BUNKERS.

Fun fact: If the Pillbox teleports then you can build a 2nd one. Both will be invincible.

Not-so fun fact: Since the structure takes its protection with it means that if a AAA gun is right there then you just lost 20TP.
On the good side: .50 Cal stationary guns will shoot out of bunkers now but still gain no protection from them.

Sometimes you can replace the lost crewman of the HT many times over and the firing position will still not work.
The image of the gunner/cannoneer usually does not
Rare but possible. Also what Bersimon said.
The Pillbox has 2 zones. The inner where no unit except the enemy flamer will target a solder and the outer (between the inner and outer side walls) where most German units will target your solder but the solder still gets a save bonus as if in a bunker. Beware of SdKfz 222’s. !

The old known bugs have been worked on to an extent by the developer.
To the teleporting bunker. A destroyed Radar usually causes the bunker or pillbox to go to the left bottom corner.
The debris of the radar can be removed by quickly building a trench over it. This may stop the teleport.

The games home site holds most solutions to all the problems people have with mud and blood 2. Just ask there.

Are you Dick_Winters from MB.net? LOL That’s so funny I simply had to quote it but as to not make my post useless spam I will give a simple starters strategy.

Place your 4 starting solders 3/4 up the field in a line with the highest rifle solders in the middle.
Give Garants or Tommys to your solders as needed.
Get an Engineer next and place him below the last man.
Place a trench in the middle of your squad.
Get a Sniper and place him in a bottom corner.
Place some mines in the top sides so 1/5 down but keep your solders far enough away from them.

In case a Tank or similar explosion firing enemy comes quickly place a Bunker over your top most man.
You can do this at any time to attract fire but all units save gunners will not react fast enough from under the bunker.

Important: Either make sure you never have more then 6 units alive on the field or place bottom units under cam-nets.

Please define “4 ever”?
After the game a final score page shows up. There you can see how well you did. Your score points go to your experience in the ratio 1/3.
The kills you made plus the accuracy rating makes up your score. Look up the official MNB wiki on all else.

Try this: Place a Bazooka Solder in the middle-Bottom (most likely under a Cam-Net).
Yes he will not usually fire under a cam net BUT he will fire when using the order Concentrate Fire.
From his position there he will usually destroy the 222 rather fast since his miss ratio is rather low at short to medium ranges.
He will also not cause FF.

Another sure way to eliminate 222’s is to place (any) mines along the side lines.

This is one of the worst guides I ever read. Sorry to say so because I always give people the benefit of a doubt.
That one guy with a BAR will in 90% of the time not hold back enough enemies since the solders with shotguns will either get overrun or simply killed fasr when placing them that far up on top.
CQC and Flamers ring a bell. ;~)
I am actually only reading this because someone else posted a link here that made me curious.
You do know the basics about Mud and blood but please visit the official wiki and the site to get a better picture of what goes and what not in the game.
AND use proper grammar for crying out loud.

Topic: Kongregate Multiplayer Games / [Clash: Rise of the Heroes] Edited deck, now I can't play

I created a new character at level 3 and swapped the allies cards.
So now that both decks are incomplete I can no longer play.
The new character has no cards whatsoever. Why?Whats wrong?

Looked into it some more and could redo/ fix the first character deck.
So a new Character still gets no cards.
So whats the point of creating multiple characters??

More: If I delete all characters will I be able to start over again?
Can I delete my account/ save game myself?

Topic: Mud and Blood 2 / How you guys deal with SdKfz 222s?

I place my units towards the center of the field and plant lots of regular mines down both sides.
This also stops Brandenburgers and helps with Paratroopers.

Another way is to place Tanks (1 on each side) on the lower half.
Problem with this is the possible FF to other units but the Tank itself is immune to its own shots.

The hell it has . A game of mine was ended in wave 1 through a Pak killing 3 in the first shot and a PG the last one . Man I wish I had a screeny of that .

First post here by me . Seeing those instant negative replies I remember why I did not post here before .
I followed Bersimons link here and have some interesting info .
Heads up guys . Urb actually did make a Star Wars shooter long ago and it is still out there .
He actually said that himself in the Q&A with Urb . Don’t you guys read important things closely ? I also have a GiJoe shooter made by Urb . It is similar to the Star Wars one .
