now i know why you havent been answering, you just missed the forum and were looking only into the comments section. First of all, thank you for the compensation/reward. Sadly, when i logged in now ,im still vip 0 again and cant use any vip features. The 1k crystals you mentioned havent arrived as well so far.

hello everyone,
i actually had a good opinion of IGG games after i was playing dawn of darkness for some time. Now i started playing age of titans and encountered a payment problem. No one is reacting, answering or bothering to do anything about that problem. The ingame live support is not working since although i registered at their main site, they dnt recognize kong game characters.
My problem: I bought crystals for 2 times already. Normally after buying an amount bigger than 100 crystals you become VIP. So i became VIP but I lost my VIP status everytime i logged out. Now im VIPless although I paid for it (2 times) and no person in charge is even reacting to my post in this forum.
I strongly advice newer players to reconsider buying gold if no responsible person reacts to this post in the next 3 days.

Hi, I cant find any manual to the game. Could you please tell me if theres some auto-combat option screen? Id like to adjust what my character is doing while auto-fighting. I cant even decide which loot to pick and which to leave (rolls for party loot). Thx!

the following is happening: when fighting or using auto-combat and trying to speak, suddenly you arent typing in chat anymore but every keytroke is registered as a shortcut to something, i.e. inventory, soul etc. It is sadly really annoying because suddenly all kind of windows start to pop up. It makes it unplayable. I am enjoying the game so far but on the longer run you cant play it without fixing this. Thank you!

Yeah well, about saving gold: now i know…. but when yout got 0 gold you cant finish dailies for 3 chests except being extraordinary lucky. I couldnt get 3 chests since the beginning now…

Suggestion: It would be nice if there would be some auto option on “Dragon Destiny”, clicking for every single fight is getting annoying when you have 10 runs a 5 fights = 50 clicks and waiting in between. Its too monotonic. You could put up an option for autofight there and it stops when you finished the instance or died. Thank you.

Another thing that seems odd is that you get daily quests which can only be completed by spending gold. That makes it quite unfair for non gold players. They cant complete their dailies and its already hard enough to get all 3 chests there even when you use gold. My suggestion is to take daily quests out like “use god`s treasure” and similar ones and implement quests about activity.
Second thing: How about some continous daily login bonus? The one that is there is only for the first 5 days

Found a main logical problem concerning “warrior hall”. It is not possible to finish it for all 5 chests withut spending gold for extra attacks. Im doing perfect fights there, including gold and silver warriors and maximum i can achieve is 685 points which is only enough to get 2 out of 5 chests. If you intend the event to be fair plz change that. Non paying players will never get a chance to do it. thx

How about our gold we bought with kreds and our VIP status? What do you need to transfer that to our new characters after official game launch? Should we provide you with proof how much gold we bought in the closed beta? thx

As to one of the points mentioned here: All classes are balanced. All have same amount of hp. If mages do to much dmg then its only skill dmg, since there is no “magic dmg” in this game. All classes do the same “type” of dmg, phys. If mages do too much dmg too you i advice upgrading your skill def and not your weapons.

I encountered a bug with gem mining. Suddenly I am getting ONLY opal I gems from all miners. No fails or other gems whatssoever. Spent already over 1 mio on mining gems and its ALWAYS the green opal I gem.

Id like to give the game the 5 stars for the 500k silver but… its not possible now since the game is in beta mode. Will the event be extended over the 16th of january or will the game come out of beta earlier? 16th, jan. is in 3 days i believe.
