After picking through 2-3 cards in the draft during the 3rd pack, my game crashed. After I got back on, the game redirected me to the homepage, and under the draft I had a N/A place. Refreshed a second time, and it turned out I got 4th in that draft, but without the SNC Bonus. The only reason I wanted to draft today was for the SNC bonus, and now, I didn’t get the draft packs and am pretty disappointed. Can I get compensated my 5 draft packs please devs? Thanks.

Hi Kalvera, I previously made a post on the bug thread last week but I guess it didn’t get looked at. Like condoner, I"m wondering if it’s still too late to get compensation due to bugs.

Whenever I discarded 2 cards, my next attack played was not a critical strike and instead the buff just stayed there. As a result, I couldn’t win my draft so I would like to ask for compensation please.

After I completed a NM Wraith Lord Brawl, I leveled to 344 and went to switch decks for questing. Afterwards, I dc’ed and lost all the energy I had.

The thing is that the “slow” computer is 3 years newer than the “fast” computer, and both had the same price range.

I play clash on 2 different computers, but more frequently on this computer. Plaid speed on this computer is about 300% on my other computer. I always clear the cache on this computer, but never on the other computer. Is there something wrong with this computer? Please help me as my other computer is a family computer, so I can’t always manage to access it. Suggestions would be appreciated:).

So I was grinding Viscansium for the event, and I managed to rack up 200 Imperfect Viscansiums. I decided to call it a day, and logged off without converting them. Now, I have finished Wildherz Cave for some quests, and while cleaning my inventory I found that I only have 11 Imperfect ones left. Can an admin or forum operator please look into this issue?

I was getting ready for the Monday Draft Night, and I managed to join a draft. While I was picking through cards in my first pack, I disconnected. After I reconnected, it got up to the point to pick the class. I chose firesculptor and began to construct my deck. Unfortunately, my browser froze at the time I was putting cards in my deck so I was forced to end process using Task Manager. My computer subsequently froze and I was forced to manually turn it off. Needless to say, I got a 4th place finish without playing anything. Please compensate me for this inconvinience:(

So I was getting ready to draft for the Saturday Night Special, and I joined a draft. I was owning my opponent in the first round, and then I noticed a sudden increase in lag. I decided to refresh, and then my computer froze for about 10 seconds, so I proceeded to open Task Manager and closed my internet browser. After getting back into the game, I discovered that I was kicked out of the draft. Sometime after reopening clash, The draft loot suddenly appeared in my face for me to “claim” it. I am annoyed at this bug as the game automatically gave me a 4th place finish, and would like compensation for this inconvenience in this draft.:( Thanks mods!
