playing wartune and not missing 1 second of hog. to all the ppl crying about me (galama) i tip my hat to you sirs! it has been fun needling you all until you cry like little pig-babies. have fun with your dead game. hopefully you can learn some turkish or polish. tried logging in a few times with a new acct just to troll, but the game is so laggy i cant even get in. hilarious!

I’ve unfortunately been a staunch hardcore HoG player for over 3 years now. Any kong mod can check my purchase history (80+ pages of it) to see I have spent a few thousand dollars on this game. Now all my hours and dollars are gone and for what? An exploit or mistake on someone else’s part? As Grizzly said this was spoken of in global for a full day and there was no word from snail or anyone in authority (as usual).

The following day snail sent a mail explaining that this was not an intentional sale and not to buy more items. So I did as instructed and did not top up anymore. Now I am banned along with many of my guildmates. This was done retroactively. We stopped topping up because none of us wanted to get frozen. Now we are all frozen. Many of the people I played with make my few thousand dollars spent and countless hours played seem miniscule. These guys spent 10k and more on this game and are now permanently frozen. Kongregate should not let this ruling stand. Kongregate is a company, and I understand economics plays a part here. So take away the points and items obtained but give me back the hours of play/grinding and money I have spent.

They have an event task page and the last time it was used was christmas/new years 2009 or possibly St Patrick Day in February 2010. Why even include this cool feature of the game and not use it? They could spend 5 minutes making some new item to give away once and a while.

Also I had a horrible bug strike my account during a server crash while I was in guild battleground. I lost my lvl 10-7-7 forged sword and 9-7-7 forged AM ring. They both completely disappeared. Snails only correction to this problem so far has been to give me a White (no buffs) copy of the AM ring. Wow how wonderful. This is also after I have spent 100’s of dollars and hours palying this game. This bug occured april 17th and I have tried to talk to GMs everyday, and sent snail multiple emails every week since it happened.

Snail as a company is the most pathetic thing I have ever seen. I run a home business and guess what my #1 priority is… customer service. Without happy customers eventually you will simply have no customers.

Ive stopped paying anything to snail since I lost my AM ring (lvl 9 forge) and lvl 10 forged sword to a server crash during guild battleground. Snail was so nice to compensate this situation by giving me the AM ring back. Except, it was white with no buffs and no forging. Great job snail, way to look after your customers.

As much as I agree with you jecko, $$$nail isn’t gonna do anything. They honestly do not care.

OR an easier fix to the solution would be to make silver easier to acquire. Hoenstly silver as it currently stands, make cashers way to powerful, and unbalances the game.

Snail if you merge pangea and atlantis BEFORE fixing the lag issue that will be total bs. There’s gonna be big wars and we cant have a hero in combat for 10 minutes and expect to have fun playing this game. Which is the only reason anyone plays this game… to have fun.
