I think, if everything was as stated in the Bible, there is no doubt that God would prevail. You would think, that if God had created Satan, then he would be able get rid of Satan. And, as for why Satan, if real, would still be around, is because the Bible states that God has a plan, for whatever reasons unknown, which would culminate in the events in Revelations.

Just my view, whether any of this is true or not.
