Hi there. Sorry you feel like you were unfairly banned. If you want to appeal the ban the best thing to do would be to make a thread in the Ask a Mod Section of Jiggmin’s Village, or to contact her by sending her a private message here, although for both of those you’ll need to create an account on Jiggmin’s Village.

I’m going to have to lock this thread though, as discussing bans are a private matter and should be left up you and the PR2 game staff to resolve.

To clear this up, there are only 2 ways to get the crown hat in Pr2.

1. By folding 5,000 points using Folding@Home.
2. By becoming a moderator.

Remember, never give out your password to anyone claiming they can get you the crown hat.

The work units you get depend on the specifications of the machine you are running, in the case a PS3. You’re not going to get WUs that require massive processing power given to you. From the list of WUs which are Ps3 suitable, you’ll be randomly assigned one of those.

If you had an email on you can retrieve the password, if not there’s no way of getting it back without contacting Jiggmin.
Just remember to make sure your password isn’t easy to guess, and that you never give it out to anyway.

I’m going to go ahead and lock this though, as there doesn’t look like there’s much of a discussion going on here. If you are worried about your PR2 account, refer to this thread. :)

You would not get banned for ‘no reason’.
If you really feel your were banned unjustly, PM the mod who banned you, or an admin with your ban link to appeal it.
