I saw his concert in Toronto last month, it was incredible. 3 hours long, 2 encores. He’s the best singing and songwriting talent of all time, hands down.

Bass playing, though, he’s really nothing special.

There’s no way that the U.S. would go for an invasion of Canada. Their country already goes crazy over being in Iraq and Afghanistan (countries they wouldn’t have heard of if their military wasn’t in there), there’s no way U.S. politicians could consider invading Canada. Besides, there’s plenty of other countries they could invade first, something Canadian troops could even possibly assist with.

Are you referring to that Blur comment? Because it’s true. Damon albarn is one of the greatest musical geniuses of all time-he’s right up there with Mccartney and Cobain.

Floyd isn’t bad, but not really my cup of tea. I’d like stuff more on the “Alternative” side actually.

Yeah, they’re my favourite band-but their phychedelic stuff really isn’t as good as their other stuff.
Anything else? Other Radiohead songs would be best.

I’m gonna be honest, this is my first post in the music section and I haven’t lurked, and I’m sure stuff like this is frowned upon, so sorry.

I’ve recently come across a lot of alternative/psychedelic bands that I like a couple songs of but not the majority. For example, Radiohead (I like 15 step and the nation anthem, and not much else). Any of there other songs that sound like those two, or any by other bands?
