Bugs
My Perception points which I should have looted from WR aren’t added up with my base perception. I refreshed, waited some time, etc. Altough it’s just 8 points, thought I’ll mention it

Today in chat I was asked where the ‘restart’ option was. Is there such option or is it once you started, you can’t restart with the same account/ID?

other thing; New chapter (yay!) way to easy with T4 towns, should be T5. But new quest is to have at least 64 T5 (or better) walls. I just made around 10 and it was completed! (I already had like 100 T3 walls, too lazy to upgrade them)

spokes and wood planks for that matter are needed for ‘lower Tiers’ But when reaching new tiers you always get the posibility to make new refineries so you’ll need them again :)

it takes over a month to get the investment back at 2 gold each harvest (IF its running 24/7 and harvested every 16h and not destroyed, because if it’s destroyed it stops counting (mine does anyway))

And yet another thing;
4. At your own homebase you see how many of your colony-people are in your army, but when going to the map this number changes in the amount of ‘units’ you actually have. In my case; I got 2 fire destroyer rovers which takes 10 people. When I go to the map the number says 2

some other things that came along;
1. When defeating an enemy base you normally get a screen with the loot, the experience, points, etc. you won. But when I defeat an enemy base which was for a quest, I only get to see a screen that I completed that quest, got the quest-rewards and all I can do (besides sharing) is clicking the x which takes me to my own base. Without letting me see the stats of the attack like described above.
2. I don’t know how to explain this well enough but; when attacking an enemy base and I use commands (mouse-clicks) to use my troops, somehow it isn’t possible for me (and some others; I’ve asked) to attack (by mouse clicking) enemy buildings which are all the way to the left or bottom somehow. There are no other icons there, but my click will have no effect. Nor do they attack, nor do they move to that spot. And yes I do click in the view of my screen.
3. Rarely attacks of my troops don’t have any affect on the enemy buildings, but if I move them just a bit and than attack again, they do.
Hope this info is useful and can be fixed/explained
Cheers,
Steurtje

Chapter 9 and Tier 7 released!
I found it too easy. I just finished chapter 8 when 9 came out and was at tier 4 back than. Could complete the ‘very hard’ robot base quite easily. Other than that, I like the storyline! :D can’t wait till chapter 10 comes out!

Challenge: Design an Enemy!
The evil Gnomes rise from under their earth-covering fungus. Since this fungus don’t need sunlight, the ancient fungus grew and fed itself with the rubbish of the wastelands on the surface of the earth, finding lots to grow on. With them they took their gnomes as symbioses with them. Gnomes will destroy the rubble in smaller parts while the fungus digests it and provide shelter and food for the gnomes. For the ever lasting lust for more rubble, and simply because they ‘like’ to break things with their mighty hammers, they destroy all the rubble they can find.

So the earth was bombed completely? Well these Ents (walking/speaking trees) had their roots way deep under the ground which survived and these roots grew towards the resurrected sun making them able to grow and move once more. They plant their roots everywhere but hate those metal users for not letting them able to grow trough them!

Ok; I have to mention them; Zombies (or Night walkers)! Humans adapted and mutated differently than the mutants did. Al tough they are not smart, they can use a weapon and are very tough (has a lot of health).

1. so far I like all the ranged-units, the fireflies and the little rebel
2. I really do enjoy it! am interested in whats coming next, but I’m afraid I’m going through them too fast. Enemies who supposed to be very strong aren’t that strong and the things I sometimes need I already have the most of the times and that’s not because I’ve been waiting for new chapters to come and upgraded everything fully yet.
3. Tier up and do (side-)quests
4. The quests
5. Bugs or things that shouldn’t happen or isn’t working as the description is telling you…
6. Sometimes

Challenge: Design an Enemy!
Nice ideas Aleister! I like all of ’m ;) My main idea was that from Lord-Steam → Insects! Those bugs and especially cockroaches survive everything whatever the humans do so why not a nuclear attack? You can add some flying ones aswell as our colony will be attacked by a plague some day. (we got fresh farms, bugs like fresh food). Ants and termintes are nice aswell :)
Other ideas;
- Dinosaurs!
They have lived for millions of years, they didn’t extinct but they ended up in deep underground caves (maybe through a meteorite crashing the earth millions of years ago) and now with whole the earth bombed a crack opened the cave and they slowly made it to the surface. And they sure haven’t had a nice piece of meat for a while…
- Water creatures
Evolved into able to live on land since the water got polluted. They are angry about their water being polluted and want revenge!! They still have to grow in water since evolution doesn’t go so fast (although it’s enhanced due to radiation) and therefor their homes would be full of buildings in/with water. Sharks are scary, but hell who knows Atlantis did exist and those ‘water-people’ came back to land! They could even ride on giant Tortoises!

bombs/traps respawn
Hey all,
Since having NPC’s to attack is scarce after finishing all the chapters, I normally attack an NPC for 2 a 3 times, 100% destroy it and get as much loot as possible (and with 100% I really do mean 100%). So i got some different squads I use; first some squads with high health and fast attack speed to kill those towers AND to ‘discover’ bombs/traps’. After that, in the second attack I usually send troops who just kill every building & wall fast with lower health..
The problem is bombs/traps re-spawn at the same place I’ve detonated them earlier! They re-spawn after each attack, so my low-health squad gets killed. Which I think makes no sense since nothing else spawns back right after an attack, so why bombs/traps do?
Long story short; traps respawn after each attack and I think that’s a bug.
Greets,
Steurtje

Side-quest 'farm fresh'
The side-quest states:
“Attack player colonies and destroy their farms for valuable parts!”
with the mission:
“Destroy 7 Enemy Farms (#/7)”
I’ve destroyed more than 7 farms, I attacked 2 players destroying all the farms they have (at least 20 in total) and it counts as 2 out of 7… So either the description should be changed or it’s a bug and I should have completed this side-quest :)

Chapter 9+
Hey there,
I’ve just started playing this game am at the end of chapter 8. I was just wondering when the next couple of chapters are scheduled to be included at Kongregate’s Wasteland Empires? Please don’t give me a ‘coming soon’ answer, we would like to know in how many weeks (Days are probably too precise).
I know there are still a couple of bugs, but I still like the game. Keep ’m (fixes & updates) coming!
Greetings,
Steurtje
