I have 2 reasons

Reason 1:
On Newgrounds, You can be able create playlist
On Kongregate, You are unable to create playlist

Reason 2:
On Newgrounds, Games can have any amount of medals and there are 5 Medal Difficultys for Medals
On Kongregate, Games can have only up to 4 Achievements and there are 4 Achievement Dificultys for Achievements

Kongregate is worst because The Admins set all games to T-rated but I think It also has E-rated games, M-rated Games and A-rated Games
