Topic: Battle Conquest /
Game Freeze
I know this has been brought up before, but I still think this is something that Dev. should take a look at.
When I start a game, doesn’t matter Solo or Co-op, the battle will start and in about 2 minutes into the battle, the game freezes. It happens all the time.
I know I am not the only one experiencing this, someone else also posted comments about it. This may prevent many players playing this game. Any possible solution or suggestion? I don’t have fire wall on, and I don’t think that would matter anyways. Also, I don’t have problem with any other multi-player games.

the new fuzzlehorn ability is awesome, so i bought one.
But maybe a couple more items should be added to the convert list, such as “Small Nut”, which I have over 4000 of them, and maybe add a couple “rare” items that can be consumed? such as mystery feather and rose, both i have over 100.

I’ve read that monsters in Secret Lab room drops skill books, but after 40 minutes of grinding, I have not picked up any. Does anyone know if this feature was taken out after the Explosion update??

the dark energy charge doesn’t always work, is it supposed to be that way?

Am I the only one who thinks this ribbon is absolutely rubbish? I mean, 100 waves per mission for 50 missions, for 9 freaking xp?
I’m definitely not restarting for it.
“9 freaking xp” you say, I thought the same thing at first, but trust me it helps A LOT, I’d say it adds 50% to your overall efficiency at least! Most of your men can level up with just 1 kill, which gives them better accuracy, morale and firing speed.The first few level ups are always the hardest.
besides, Mud and Blood Cross is not the hardest one to get. Try Victoria Cross, 10000 enemy waves survived before 100th mission with less than 2500 men deployed. I believe it increases crates dropping rate.

it seems death usually comes to me between wave 130 to 150, for further advancement you need slightly more luck
i got a couple times wave 200 or so, highest about wave 280…setup is important, luck is a bit important too.
for me,
at wave 150 you are looking at about 2200 to 2700 kills,
at wave 280 you are looking at about 4500 to 5500 kills (rough estimate, i got 4600 kills. depends on crates, blitz waves etc.)

how to pass one hour?
AAA gun is extremely unreliable vs enemy tanks.
arty strategy does depend heavily on luck, if tanks come every wave consecutively, arty won’t save you.
You need a lot of bazookas. I usually get at least 4, if i am using infantry only then at least 5. there are tricks which you can do to make your bazookas more efficient. for example, you can PAUSE game when your bazooka shoots, the missle will still travel and hit enemy tanks, but other bazookas have a chance to switch target (use this with ur own judgement, dont pause when you are under heavy fire) you should be able to get to wave 150, IF POSITIONED RIGHT.
at 2.2.3 it’s harder to use infantry, especially bazooka gain exp very slow, so don’t expect high rank. and they will have lower morale. so in addtion to bazooka, you need AT guns. they are not that reliable, but if you can maintain 4 bazookas, you should be ok. detailed strategy requires a GOOD positioning. so even if you get all the units that i mentioned, but if you position them wrong, you can still die. so just do trail and error

Drokje, I don’t know where you got that, but its wrong wrong wrong.
they are not upgraded with grenades or guns, just relatively higher stats than normal soldiers.
Edit: if they do have grenade is because of ur ribbon, which is still random
and the dude above says…..they even come with bar? i highly doubt it. i’ve called them a few hundred times but never got bar. Show a screen shot? or maybe you are just plain crazy.
in the newest version 2.2.3, if you want to make it to wave 150, use infantry. if you want to make it to wave 300, implement mechanical units. The new morale system will not allow u to go that far with infantry.
I also cannot understand people who say snipers are not worth it. I wonder how many waves you made? maybe they are expensive, but if you are using infantry, it’s vital to have them. Else enemy snipers will snipe the piss out of you. also note, permanent invisibility is at 100 xp, also xp improves shooting speed, and snipers are NOT always 1 shot 1 kill, even at 100 rifle skill
Gunners are frustrating sometimes, because they start with lower stats, but they are pretty amazing if they do get upgrade or exp. and put in a bunker…although you can make it far without using one

How do you advance ground and get a new map?
u have to have ALL your units in the map moved to the top, they will disappear automatically once they reach the top. If you have any enemies left in the current map when the last of your units disappeared, it will count the enemies as passed through your defense.
once ALL your units passed through the top of the map, u will get a new map.

2.2.3 added 6 new ribbons…i only got 3 of the 6
Forward Observer Ribbon – issued when you successfully called 25 anti-arty, further successful anti-arty calls will give +1 tp
Interdiction Ribbon – score 25 booby trap kills, mines and TNT will have 10% being booby trapped when deployed (quite useless)
Field Commander Award – when your HQ produced 1000 tps, HQ now have + 5% additional chance to gain tp per wave
what is the other new ribbons?

morale is a pain
some people mentioned it before, the 2.2.3 morale system is really a pain.
Every time a unit dies, all other units lose morale, this really reduces your defense power, especially when you depends on infantry.
well, i think there should at least have an additional command for “increase morale to all”, that really helps when you have a lot of infantry.
’cause the pansies will run

Most useless unit
I am just pointing out its flaws. the unit can be improved, for now it is quite useless
the patch itself is great, and this game is great, i’ve said nothing against the maker, the patch or this game
and urbzfriend (gee, what do u know from the name)if you really want to suck up to the game maker, go start a website and confess your love. the game isn’t perfect, and i am sure he appreciates proper input.
so yah…you can fantasize about him in whatever sick twisted way you have in ur mind, at your own private time

Most useless unit
The new Mechanic unit takes the cake for the “most useless unit”
1. its slow,
2. weak weapon fire
3. fix a machine takes a year
4. machines gets blown up with 1 direct explosive hit anyways
5. super slow gain experience. at least medics gains exp as time goes on
It’s probably even more useless than the Jeep.
which one do you think is useless and should be taken out or improved?

oh nvm…after wave 50, just minor vehicle waves. harder than before, but still manageable.
still, i think bazooka should at least gain SOME experience by killing vehicles.
the new 50 cal machine gun doesn’t live up to expectation….but at least has some sniper-resistance i guess.

tips too get after wave 100 alive?
a good training is trying to get Survival ribbon and guerilla warfare ribbon. They let you get a feel of the functions of each units in the game. (1st ribbon require you to survive 100 waves without loss of men, 2nd require u to survive 100 waves without building vehicle or defense)
Victoria and M&B cross ribbon gives u nice bonuses.
