XP for friends
Yeah, most shard farmers don’t want to be summoned, because shards from champions are partially based on the level difference between you and the champ.

My guess is that the game will come out in 2015, possibly 2014 if we’re lucky.

Best equipment for each teammate in Ch.III
What I did on Mardek:
Champion Sword II
Glyph Shield
Golden M Helm
Night Jacket
Rainbow Disc
Scarab of Protection
Add in Rainbow Aura and Resist Aether Passive Abilities, and you absorb fire, earth, air, water, light, darkness, and aether, with 60% fig resistance. Do I win this thread? ;-)

X vs Y: Games Edition
I’ve played both, and I’d have to say Oblivion, because of the superior graphics, and the fact that you can wander about Cyrodil for hours and never get bored. You seriously could put dozens of hours into this game and never touch the main storyline.

Star Wars VS Halo with would win?
Just to clarify things, I’m going to explain this in terms of UNSC vs. the Empire
Space combat:
Ship for ship, a UNSC destroyer has more concentrated firepower than a Star destroyer, especially in terms of explosives. However, Star destroyers do have the advantage of shielding, greatly increasing defensive capabilities. However, I’m uncertain if that shielding would be able to take a MAC blast, let alone a nuke. In terms of fighter vs. fighter, The UNSC Longsword is superior to a TIE fighter in offensive and defensive capabilities. The UNSC also has the advantage of shipboard AI, making the supercomputers of today look like pocket calculators. Both sides have equal capability to travel through hyperspace, so no advantage there. The Empire does have the Death Star up it’s proverbial sleeve though, and would be tough to handle unless it was ganged up on, or blown up from the inside, which I must admit, is a specialty of the Spartan II’s.
All in all, I’m going to give the edge to the UNSC in space.
Ground Combat: In terms of Infantry, I’m going to give the edge to the UNSC again, mostly due to the fact that marines don’t usually fall over and die every time they get hit with an energy-based projectile, (Unless you play on Legendary, but that’s beside the point) and also due to the fact that the UNSC seems to have better strategic planning (at least in my opinion). However, in terms of vehicles, the Empire wins. It would take several Scorpion tanks to even stand a chance against their bigger walkers.
I’m going to call this one a draw.
“Hero” Units: Darth Vader vs. Master Chief. Hmmmm…….
On one hand, the chief is heavily armored and shielded, and excellent with just about any weapon imaginable. On the other hand, Vader has his Lightsaber and the Force. The way I see it, if Vader manages to get close, he promptly cuts the Chief to pieces. However, that’s a big IF. Master Chief has a motion tracker, which would deter sneaking, and I doubt that Vader would be able to deflect a full assault rifle clip, let alone a blast from a spartan laser.
I’m giving this round, and the whole match to the UNSC, and by extension, Halo.

Runescape Contraversy

Reasons why people hate RuneScape;
1. Storyline – “Hey Jagex, what’s the storyline for RuneScape?” … “Storyline?”
2. Graphics – "Hey Jagex, those graphics are great! Wait, no. "
3. Quests – “Ok, go here and kill this and collect this and give it to this person in the building next to me.” wut.
4. SFX/Music – I’ve seen MS paint crap games with better music. srs.
5. Levelling up system – “No, you can’t mine this ore faster because you got killed and lost you’re rune pickaxe. You also have less mining than him. Noob.”
6a. Updates – “No, sorry, we don’t want you to give your friend a Chirstmas/birthday present. Enjoy.”
6b. Updates – “Sorry, this game is getting to mulit-player, thus we have decided to discontinue PvP. Enjoy.”
7. Customer Service – “Yes, we know you’re account was unfairly banned. What do you expect us to do about it?”
8. Age demographic – This is a MMO. Why do I feel it’s targeted at 8 year olds so they can walk up to every random “GIVE ME GOLD OR UR GAY LOL”
Compare this to the reasons why RuneScape is good.
Reasons why RuneScape is good;
1. Well, the gr- Sorry, I kid. It sucks.
Response to your criticism:
1. There are several exciting quest storylines, and new ones show up all the time.
2. Have you seen the RuneTek 5 engine update? Play on a decent computer, and the graphics are actually really good, especially considering it was written in Javascript!
3. Have you actually done any of the more interesting members quests, like Recipe for Disaster or While Guthix Sleeps?
4. Uh, okay I guess I’ll give you that one…..
5. What’s wrong with not being able to mine as quickly due to lower levels? That’s the whole incentive for leveling up in the first place!
6a. It was either that or Runescape closing down forever. Which do you think the players thought was the right move?
6b. See 6a. Besides, Pvp isn’t totally gone anyway, just the loot system is different.
7. Incidents like this only happen is a very slim minority of players, and at least half the players to make complaints about this are probably lying to get their account back.
8. No, it’s not targeted at 8 year olds! If you had an ounce of sense, you’d be able to see that!

what if runescape and world of warcraft had a fight???
hmmmmm…….. how much health does a maxed WoW player have? With the new overload potion and a dragon claw special, you could be looking at 140+ damage in one hit. Combine that with a RS player’s ability to ignore 40% of damage from any attack using protection prayers, and that’s tough to beat.

Runescape or World of Warcraft
Originally posted by buszboy123:
Jeez, can’t believe how many people think Runescape is better. WoW is amazing, and one of the only reasons people hate it is because of prices (or they haven’t even tried it). Yes, the price thing can be a little annoying, but its totally worth it. Here is why:
WoW has good graphics, you can also change the quality so even if you have a crap computer you can play
WoW has endless customization options
WoW has a great story and the quests make you feel like an important part of world
WoW has Talents, fun stuff
WoW has Mounts
WoW has Instances which require teamwork (Tanking is my fave :D)
WoW has a large community
I could go on, but I would just be listing facts that have been stated already, read them! :P
RS has rather nice graphics now, and yes, you can customize them to your heart’s desire
RS has uber customization options as well. Player-Owned Houses FTW!
RS has 24 different player skills, with a 25th on the way
RS has summoning familiars. Why have a horse when you can have an steel titan?
RS has lots of situations involving teamwork. God Wars Dungeon, King Black Dragon, Pvp just to name a few.
RS has over 135 MILLION registered accounts, AND the 2nd largest forum community in the WORLD!!!!
