This could be interpreted in many different ways. My belief is that the power over our universe lies in perception, and thus, mankind, he who perceives. Man is capable of the greatest heights of morality as well as its darkest depths. When it comes to savagery, skill, cunning, art, panic, malicious intent, good and evil, Man has no equal. Man knows not his own power, so he creates the God to which to attribute all things that he does not think he controls. Man is conscious, man knows, man the merger of the animal and divine, a nature not even now fully understood. Man controls his world and man controls his fellow man. Is there anything left for God?

Sorry, I really screwed up that quotation. I was responding to your response to my post, and i was saying that I have seen nothing to suggest this.

There is no terrorist threat.
Firstly, it is ambiguous as to whether there are actually even terrorists, and second they do not threaten us unless we are in their country.

It is human nature te blame those who are in power for misfortune. During the times of the given examples, a large percentage of global and local wealth (respectively) was controlled by jewish people. Does anyone here honestly think that it was because manoras (sp) looked funny? No, there is a logical explanation behind everything, and this is it. Hitler blamed the Jews as a people because they controlled the wealth, on average, more than non jews in germany, not because of their faith.

Everything should be questioned. The only reason anybody would claim something is beyond refutation is either because it is, or because there are known holes to be exploited, and it is clearly not actually beyond refutation if it needs to be defended.
It is cencorship of thought to prohibit the questioning of commonly held beleif.

I have an issue with this:
I am against genocide. I would hope that is agiven. I am against death in general. I hate hate and love love and freedom and hate terror and hate those who hate love and freedom and love terror…
That being said, I still have an issue with these arguments.
xRainsx is being bashed for being a ‘Bigot’, ‘racist’ etc. and this brings to mind two points.
Firstly, I beleive that the actions of Hitler were inevitable and potentially beneficial (in a sobering way) to the course of history. Remember Eugenics. hundreds of world leaders supported eugenics during its time, it was the big thing. Anyone who was anyone knew that eugenics made sense. it was a logical thing. It was like being against whale poaching. EVERYBODY went along with this. There were programs in the united states and other countries geared at sterilizing the ‘feeble minded’ and ‘mentally unfit’ to further a more genetically healthy lineage. Then comes along Hitler, who says that no, we need to go further with this, and that is what woke us up. I say ‘woke us up’ from a solely contextual standpoint, and a more accurate way of saying it would be that it changed our views of what is rigth and wrong. Hitlers actions made us realize what could happe further down this road, and we averted that, and now everyone is deathly afraid of any racial comments whatsoever. Happy ending.
Secondly, and potentially contradictory to the casual observer but clearly not to he who reads this entry carefully, racism is not dead. Rather, prejudice is not dead. Let me explain: Prejudice has merely shifted targets. It is no longer the races being targeted, no longer blacks or jews or irish or mexicans or russians etc. (at least to not as great an extent, in the US.) No, prejudice now lies on the shoulders of the racists. If you met someone on myspace, for instance, and his profile said that he was a proud member of the Ku Klux Klan, you would probably avoid sending him a friend request, simply on this sole fact. In fact, I saw a poster the other day that was a square broken into four quadrents, three of them with a large, normal brain, and the fourth with a smaller brain, about half the size of the others. the three normal sized brains were labeled Asian, White, and Black respectively. The fourth was labeled Racist.

Does it strike you as odd that the exact format of racist posters used in the past are now used, with the same method, to bash racists? no, prejudice is not dead, it is now simply commonly accepted to be prejudice against people who are such. People need an enemy, and where once were jews are now nazis. Not even tactuful, might I add.

But just to rectify this post, i must comment on war. We (the US) are not fighting terrorists, we are fighting guerillas. hardly even that. We’re occupying a country that happens to contain guerillas who resent our presence. That is all.
