If Goliath is 1.5x David in every way, then his height, width and depth are all 1.5x Davids.
1.5×1.5×1.5=3.375
3.375×14=47.25

I’m not positive that math is correct, for the question you asked.

Edit: I’m pretty sure it isn’t actually.

1.5^3 is saying goliath is actually 3.375 times larger than david not 1.5 times larger. Which contradicts their heights you posted. In which case David would be 6 feet tall and goliath just over 20 feet tall.
