Hi, did you try to clear cookies or change another browser? And this problem still exist? Thank you.

as i mentioned this is the third time this has happened so i think its fairly safe to say i have tried that before and no it didn’t work

drop rate needs fixing badly
ran 6 dungeons yesterday (all 110H) got a book lvl IV, a purple gem, an ice tyrant piece, an orange gem, a conqueror piece and another book .

this must be a freaking joke if i get the same type of drops again tomorrow this is going to be freaking hilarious.

We are sorry for your situation. The drop is the same to each one, we cant control the lucky. Thank you for your understanding. As for lag problem, we suggest you clean the cookies to confirm again.

i know the drop rate is very low but still its kind of messed up when i haven’t gotten a red in 3 months yet i see my ally members and others get reds every week sometimes 2/3 reds a day i mean surely i’m not that unlucky

just wanted to ask around and see if anyone else is having trouble with rooms in purgatory like i am
i beat room 3-25 about 2 months ago (failed twice before i beat it) but now 2 months on and i’ve gotten stronger i fail it every time i try (once a day) i don’t see how this is possible unless i’m either really unlucky or they have changed the difficulty of purgatory the heroes i use are the same just 1-2 levels higher and better gear so why do i keep losing?

they clearly have changed it though i was killing khoi in dungeon 90H before in 3 hits with hereos around 4500 attack now i have increased their attack to around 5200 and for some reason it now takes 4 hits to kill khoi.
