screw the tourney idea. there should be pvp, no potions and no buffs. must be within 5 levels of opponent, uses 10% rest, winner is awarded based on level. (decent amounts of XP and coins). maybe you dont win anything if you dont take at least 50% of your maximum HP? (to prevent cheaters.)
