Ideas for Elements CCG (Destructive criticism will be ignored)
League integration into the game client, 10 player leagues, 9 games per season, season is 1 week, every player creates a AI defense deck, and then an offense deck with which they’re allowed to play each opponent once, any unplayed games are counted as wins for the defender, unupped leagues, upped leagues, league winner leagues, 2x consecutive league winner leagues, 3x etc, 50 player 1 month leagues with 2-5 defense decks which are picked randomly so that attackers can’t coordinate who has what defense decks, guild/clan integration, guild/clan war leagues.
I’ve always thought that for practically any game leagues or seasons provide a type of structure that’ll keep players coming back repeatedly, a new beginning every however long a league takes, a chance at a reward, perhaps a random or chosen nymph or rare for each win, and one of the most difficult thing about leagues is opponents being on at the same time, but with the AI that’s unnecessary.

Still broken, still black screen, can the challenge run for another week after a fix? Can the reward be awarded without the challenge being completed because the game was fubar?

Some are spending over 1k to ensure victory, toss in your energy bar so they don’t have to waste more of theirs, fight on manual to do more damage, max 25 per battle instead of max 20 on auto.

Suggestions
Something needs to be done to prevent what I think is raid griefing. There’s been an abundance of players joining raids and doing 0 or less than 100 damage in raids that would otherwise be obviously successful, and I believe it could be a tactic to prevent the victory of the raid to try to delay more players getting good cards, whether to maintain faction dominance or tournament dominance or both. Maybe an automatic kick to players that have done less than 100 damage and have been in the raid for 10% of it’s total time, a fixed time could still seriously detriment 6 hour small player capped raids. I’ve been seeing more and more of it recently.
For example, Siege of Kor raid I’m in now, 16 of the 75 players have done 0 damage, and another 15 have done less than 100 damage, and we’re 16 hours into the raid now. If it’s the occasional newbie that is popping in to see what it’s like I get that, if it’s the occasional guy that thinks the raid might not be successful and doesn’t contribute I get that, but when it’s 40% of the players in a large raid, something’s up.
i’d hate to lock out players from raids once they finish them, that removes the possibility of them helping others to complete the raids, like new faction members or new friends and such, but maybe that should be looked into also. Of course, there’s nothing then to prevent someone making a lot of dummy accounts, leveling them up to the point where they can enter a raid, and then griefing that way, so I think the auto kick might be the only way.
