I have heard that final shot dissipation depends on recoil too, even if you wait until crosshair collapes. The only bullseye shot is via sniper skill with 1 bullet from mag (don’t know the name).

P.S. Very nice research, I liked it very much.

I think, that balancing system is broken:
My team 4 members 64,63,62,59(only no clan in game)
Enemy team 5 members 68,67,65,62,62
Then new player lvl 67 from clan which was not in game yet, joined enemy team.

I’m aware of that my suggestions are not solution to problem, but they can make it less painfull I hope.

1. Maybe implemented yet, but sometimes it seems, that it is not working:
Balancing exception for team members only if there is their clan member in team (sometimes it looks like, that balancing exception work on any clan regardless if same or different as clan in teams).

2. Take current game score into balancing calculations, if score goes wild increase winning team power.

3. Score bonus for joining weaker (loosing) team or malus for winning team, just for some extreme values like score 80:10 → xp/money for winning team *0.5. Maybe it would be nice to detect such disbalanced games and put them in list with some note (and with bonus) to attract other skilled players to equalize.

4. Something like “courage” value which will consider strength of enemy teams fighted … like sum of differences between power of his team and power of enemy team (positive is more like stacker, negative is more like unskilled guy or player with balls). And then use this to modify power of player so it be harder to join stacked team. I think that can be done even with K/D alone.

5. Just mark stacked games in menu (f.e. when sum of kills is more than 80 and one side has more than 75% kills).

It is simple, one or 2 camping ****** (with sniper rifle ideally) in team and whole team is screwed and pinned to 1 spawnpoint and massacred by enemy. You will almost never spawnkill skilled team as they spread immediately after spawn. Also there is a high probability, that people will spawn in near spawnpoint if previous spawnpoint is cleared, just because some of them managed to escape. In case when whole team is killed, new spawnpoint seems to be choosen randomly. Btw. not respawning immediately in case of being spawnkilled is good way to escape massacre.

Topic: Contract Wars: General / Gold Contract 18. Get 6 Pro Kills!

Pro kill prerequisities are:
- enemy team has to be low skilled
- or you have to be super pro player
- or your team must pwn enemy (slow enough for you to get 20 kills)
… thats the secret.

Gun, flanking, camping etc. is not so important … you have already some prokills so you know which guns work.

One skilled player present in enemy team and your chances will be very low. Moreover there is a possibility that high level player will start to hunt you when he realizes that you have almost prokill (at least I do, as it is fun :).

Btw. It tooks me about 3 months to complete this contract … I just got 2 lucky prokills on osm and spent rest of day parkouring that huge rock in USEC base on Lighthouse map and camping like asshole with EBR marksman.

Looks like that balance system is broken
our team:
1337 lvl 63 (me) + 6 clanless players all below lvl 59

enemy team:
3 GOD player
2 clan A players (can’t remember)
1 BMW player
1 clan B player
(1 lvls 64, 1 lvl 60, rest 61 to 63)

FEAR clan member lvl 64 logged in and joined enemy team, although there was no FEAR player.

I’ve decided to reverse clan recruitment, so I’m free to hire.

Reason why I’m not in 1337 anymore: I broke clan rule and I have been kicked.

K/D: 2.1 or something … it is rising slowly, but don’t except some wild numbers, I don’t care about K/D much
Level: 63
Playstyle: Having fun
I can contribute any percentage you want, but don’t be too greedy.
I can communicate via skype, but occassonally.
I’m quitting game often, but not because rage, but because I have duties. I play few matches every day 19:00 – 22:00 GMT.
Prokills 1 pro in week or so :), I’m not patient player to get pros easily.

Requirements from clan:
- Thermovision
- Full assist XP

1. Tell us your opinion in general. What are the pro’s and con’s of the game?
Pros: Free. Addictive. Not pay to win. Simple fast gameplay, no need to spent much time preparing, just join and play. Different challenges you can do (w-tasks, contract, wins, kill streaks, K/D score, CR …)

Cons: Weak feedback from devs about bugs. Some bug system like „your bug is catalogized/rejected/solved under number” would be useful.

2. What, if any, problems have you had with the game?
Some reported bugs:4 like broken indestructable IZH on FB, residual movement after I stop moving, some collision problems solved in weird way.

3. What do you most like about the game?
Free game with professional quality, I like performance boosts with last 2 updates also.

4. What feature(s) would you most like to see in the game?
Because game is on different sites (FB, KG, VK …) I’m missing some simple ingame messaging system would be nice.

5. Do your friends play with you? Would you like to see any friend-related features and if so, which ones?
1 real life colleague plays but in more casual way than me.

My opinion without taking parameters in consideration, just by gameplay.
without w-task
big muzzle, big aims recoil I don’t like them.

With w-task
AK-105 better red dot
M4A1 more silent sound, harder to detec direction of attacker
I didn’t noticed much difference in accy and recoil as both are “headhot” weapons.
I have similar performance with them, but I like gameplay with AK-105 more, I like it’s click click sound.

Does not depend on browser. I have tested it with chrome 29 and firefox 23. Unity web player version 4.2.0f4. Windows 7.

I’m using chrome and it looks like that game doesn’t loose focus (for mouse over) when another window is covering it, because I can still hear clicking sound as mouse moves over weapons.

It doesn’t affect gameplay, but maybe it can cause some other problems.

Yes, basic aiming technique is aim through sights press walk (with propper skill – dynamic shooting) and shoot.

Nonsense, I can play even with 160-200 ping (but not with shotguns and bolt action guns), it is decreasing my performance by 1/3 or so due to confusion (people shooting wrong directions etc.), also ammo consumption is higher. On the other hand , knife fights are almost impossible with long pings.

1. It cost 1050 GP – it can be OP
2. It is tier 6 – it can be OP
3. Weapon parameters are nice, but there are other things defining weapon quality (not talking about player feeling) like:
muzzle animation – some weapons are hard to use, because you see nothing when you are shooting
aim sights recoil – it is independent on recoil, check VSS
real sound – you can have nice silenced DEVGRU and every top player will found you and kill you juse because of sound, but with silenced AK-105 or MP5Specops it is much harder.
4. There are player in whose hands almost every weapon is OP.
