A way to organize your favorited games would be really nice. I have nearly 60 games favorited, and it’s a pain in the butt sometimes looking for a particular game. Nothings in alphabetical order, nothing is ordered by category, it’s just a big sloppy mess!

Nowhere else to post my suggestion, so I’m posting it here:

I want to be able to organize my favorited games. I have around 60 games favorited, and it’s a pain in the butt looking for particular games. Plus, it just looks sloppy having a big mix of strategy, puzzle and action games all over the place. I want a way to organize my games.

1. Number text still randomly sticks to the screen in low quality mode.

2. Also, when you are collecting items to pass a stage, sometimes items quit dropping before you meet your quota. This rarely happens though, about as often as you find a jeweled chest :P

I’ve gotten over 30 chests, and not a single one has been jeweled.

Well if experience is supposed to reset when you change worlds, then you need to clarify that.

Level 73 says, “Find yourself some protective headgear.”, but even after finding a helmet and passing the level, nobody gets a new helmet.

Also, all of my experience points are gone. No idea why, but that needs fixed.

Bluji isn’t the developer, and the chest drop frequency isn’t posted in the game. As far as I am concerned, you are supposed to get a chest everytime you defeat a boss no matter how many times you’ve reset. If you defeat a boss and don’t get a reward, that is either a bug, or poor game design.

Bosses rarely ever drop chests after your first reset. This needs fixed. Now.

Which brings us to the theory of rating inflation. It’s been seen big time on AdCap. Suddenly, a flow of brand new accounts start posting really short comments, with very similar wording. It has begun on this game also.
Check out the comments section. There are 10 real short comments from new accounts since July 24th. No big deal, right? BUT there are only 3 such comments since june 24th. So in less than a week there are 10 suspicious comments, and in the 3 weeks prior to that, there were only 3.
Also, if you scroll the comments before July 16th, you will see that HS responded to comments every single day, and in most cases, 2, 3 or even 4 times a day. As of today, July 29th, HS hasn’t responded to a single comment since July 19th, and less than a week after HS quit responding, we witness a flow of new accounts posting short, positive comments with similar wording.
I first heard this theory of Rating Inflation in the forums of AdCap, and thought that the theory was funny, as in, haha funny. But then I scrolled the comments, and I noticed the trend also. And now I see the same trend taking place with HolyDay Studios. Here is a summary of what is going on:

Dev starts out really active with the community.
Game gets slowed down a lot, and dev dodges questions about the issue.
An update comes a long that doesn’t address the slow game play.
Dev is hardly active or not active at all in the community anymore.
Suddenly, a bunch of new accounts start leaving short, similar comments, all positive.

So in short, what the Rating Inflation Theory says is that the developers of BOTH AdCap AND HoldayCity slow the end game down a whole lot in hopes that people will spend Kreds. They know this will piss off long time players who then lower the rating, so they are using bots to create new Kong accounts that leave really short comments and 5 star the game.

The theory does sound sort of stupid at first, BUT, if you spend a couple minutes scrolling through the comments section, the theory actually makes a lot of sense…

Topic: Holyday City / Could This Game Be Dead?

It seems that HolyDayStudios took the same route HyperHippo took with Adcap. Slowed the game down a whole lot, then all of a sudden a bunch of low level accounts start making short comments.

Has HolyDayStudios turned to fraud, like HyperHippo did? Using a bot to hack Kong comment section, and artificially increase their rating??

You be the judge, but the following examples looks waaaaay to familiar to me:

MadalenaG1 (Lv 3)
Jul. 27, 2015
This game is great :)

AnnaS35 (Lv 5)
Jul. 27, 2015
I really like this game

Benedictusx (Lv 2)

I like it, great idle

MeisterGono (Lv 1)

Great Game

jamesawhitman (Lv 1)
Jul. 26, 2015
Amazing game.

andrewdoesgaming (Lv 1)
Jul. 25, 2015
its good

If you scroll the comment section, then notice that the new accounts leaving short comments starts on July 24th. Notice how most of them use the words ‘addicting’ and ‘great’.
This sort of activity just screams hacking bot!

What these Idle game devs do is create an idle game that flows pretty well in the beginning. Once they have a good rating, they introduce a Kred shop. Once the Kred shop is accepted, they slow the game down so that people spend Kreds. If the money keeps rolling in, they abandon the game, and start a different project. The only thing they are trying to do is create a cash flow for themselves. And there is nothing wrong with that.

I’m so happy I’ve never spent one cent on this game.

Scammer. You’re absolutely right. If HH really is inflating the game ratings, then that is fraud. If they are committing fraud, and I believe that they are, I would love to see them get busted. Not because I’m mad about the game, but because I hate liars and thieves. Hey HyperHippo, how do you like my ‘discerning palette’ now?

The few low ratings from actual players isn’t going to do anything against all of the ratings from level 1 and level 2 accounts. There’s been a theory circulating for several weeks that HypperHippo is artificially inflating their game rating some how. I thought the theory was funny at first, but I also found it funny seeing so many level 1 and level 2 Kong accounts leaving really short, similar comments like, “nice game”, “great game”, “awesome!” and so forth. I mean, just scroll through the comments section. There isn’t any way at all that all of those level 1 and level 2 accounts are unique Kong players.

Being attacked by wolves and being on fire at the same time is not the same as considering which definition of a word to use.

I’m not avoiding your lead example, I’m ignoring it because it doesn’t make sense. Yes, they are all similar definitions, but some are more appropriate in different situations. Besides, the word we were discussing was “legit.” I was merely bringing up the ambiguity of the use of “legit” in this situation.

Fantasy is always fiction, but fiction is not always fantasy. Fantasy is a genre within fiction. To say that any fictitious work is fantasy is careless.

The wedlock example wasn’t really the same example, now was it. Saying it’s wrong is vague. What’s wrong about it. Saying it’s the same as my previous example doesn’t mean anything unless you can show how it’s the same. We’re supposed to be arguing whether or not Pay-2-Win is “legit.” Again, I say it’s too vague to call, and each player will come to their own conclusion, based on the definition they choose to use. They are not similar definitions, such as your lead example.

You obviously can’t get the metaphor, the two threats (fire and wolves) are the definitions, your life is the legitimacy, the death is making that legitimacy void, if you only take care (apply) one of the definition without taking care of the other you’re voiding your affermation.

If you want another example because you don’t like this let’s try another one.
A man has been murderer by a single gun shot, there is proof that a man with a low caliber pistol shot at the victim, but examining the body they find a bullet of a larger caliber that caused the death, which means he couldn’t have been killed by the pistol used by the man, in this case we have two proofs, the knowledge of the man shooting at the victim with a low caliber weapon and a the knowledge that the victim was killed by a larger caliber weapon, in this example the definition are the proofs and the legitimacy is the murderer, if we only take in consideration the proof that the man shot at the victim it would be wrong to say he’s the murderer as the second proof clearly shows that it wasn’t possible for that man to be the murderer, it’s obvious that another man shot at him and that the man with the pistol either missed him or the bullet was blocked somehow.

The proof of the man shooting it’s not enough for he to really be considered the murderer because it contradicts the other proof, like a hacker saying he is legit because of one meaning while he contradicts the other meaning, thus not making it possible for him to be legit.

The lead example makes sense it’s just you not getting the meaning like you didn’t get the previous metaphor’s meaning, it was an example that used lead in an ambiguous way, and was meant to make you realize that you can’t just choose one definition while avoiding the others because the word was used in an ambiguous way, it would be an error, it was not meant to be the same thing as the ambiguous use of legit either, it was meant to make you see that even if the word was used in an ambiguous way all definition had to be taken in consideration, it’s point had never been of being the same exact thing as the use of legit in this topic.

I want to ask you one question, is the metal gear saga fantasy or fiction? you would probably say fiction, but there is a small problem with it, the event of metal gear happen in an imaginary world that uses our history and real location but it’s still imaginary, but one of the definitions of fantasy is a story taking place in an imaginary world which metal gear’s world is, since there has never been a fortress-state like Outer Heaven in south africa which in the game’s world was there since around 1985 which is before the first game’s release year, making it obviously an imaginary world.
The novel’s stories weren’t mentioned because of this to leave them ambiguous, the non fantasy novel could take place in a world that is similiar to ours but still being imaginary like metal gear’s and bringing you to make a choice.
Now among your choices:

1) You can say that it’s not fantasy because of the ambiguity, but according to your theory it’s up to one to choose which definition of a word apply if multiple can be applied and the word is used in an ambiguous way, so it would still be fantasy if people decided to use certain definition that can be exhanged with fiction.

2) Say that it’s not fantasy just because it takes place in an imaginary world, but that would again break your theory “it’s up to oneself to choose which definition to take”, because if i say it’s fantasy and then you say it isn’t because X, it’s like me saying hackers aren’t legit because even if they can justify themselves they clearly contradict legit’s other meaning.

3)Admit that it is fantasy because like you stated people can just take one definition, while it proves that only taking one definition isn’t enough to decide, making your own choice of accepting it void and proving that if multiple definition that can be used in a context aren’t taken in consideration then it really can’t be defined that way.

As you can see the example of the novels wasn’t meant to directly prove that multiple definition must be taken in consideration, it shows the weakness of your theory since it can be used to proved a totally different theory, it was an ambiguous and wrong example put there to make you choose if you contradict your own way of thinking making it void, or accept it and still make it void, we could call it a logical trap, if you say it’s right you make it wrong along with your theory of each one choosing one definition, because you’re saying that multiple definition must be applied while you’re accepting the application of only one as correct, and if you say the example is wrong you’re voiding your own theory that says only the definition one person chooses matters to what it’s right as i chose a definition that in this case is ‘something created from the imagination’, which applies to both fiction/fictious and fantasy, and as long as the ambiguity of both the novel’s story and the use of the word fictious remain ambiguous, i can use fantasy to refer to a fictious/fiction novel, the fact that all fiction novels aren’t fantasy novels doesn’t matter because of your own theory where in case of ambiguity it’s up to each person to choose which definition to apply.

The wedlock was exactly the same example, you were comparing legitimate-wedlock born baby(lead-object) to legitimate-goal reached(lead-verb) in both example you were comparing two totally different things, one that refers to something material(a metal and a baby) and one that refers to something abstract(a verb and an accomplishment) there is no ambiguity in either of the examples as it’s obvious that in the first you’re not referring to the verb and it’s obvious that we aren’t referring to a child.

If you used legitimate referring to an action they would have been both abstract things and would really have really been ambiguous as we had to ask first: is reaching max level an action or an accomplishment? the answer that people would reach is probably an accomplishment and use the definitions that apply to the context of reaching an accomplishment, not like the lead object and lead verb or legitimate child and legitimate goal examples which aren’t really ambiguous, nobody would ever ask himself if reaching max level is born in wedlock nor if pouring lead is leading something or somebody somewhere or if it’s being the leader of something like a state.

And what i was saying is that using again the same example is useless and wrong because it doesn’t change anything, it’s just like saying dogs are better than cats, then right away saying canine are better than felis, you repeated the same thing and that doesn’t change anything, it’s was both wrong for referring to something which was obviously not ambiguous and was a wrong way of acting because you just repeated the same concept in other words when there was no need to do it as it was already wrong.

That said i won’t be responding to, nor reading this topic anymore because i have done a regular checkup and the doctors said i must avoid stress, so if you want to continue to say that people must only pick one definition when multiple can be applied, and then close their eyes and ignore the existence of the other even if the definition they chose clearly contradicts one or more of the others that can must be applied to that context so be it.

I seriously doubt that anybody is interested enough in your opinion to read an entire book on it. I did however find it amusing that your post was so long. In fact, I didn’t read a single word of it, not even the first sentence. I just went scrolling from the top of the page to the bottom of the page, and seen this enormous posting that just wouldn’t go away. I thought that it would be funny to quote your post, to troll you and to troll others… Seriously, if you’re putting this much thought into a video game forum, you should focus your energy somewhere else. You could be successful, but instead, you’re just wasting your energy and your time.

Topic: Bloons Monkey City / Bugs Megathread

I’ve owned the controlled territory for 22 hours, and haven’t gotten any bloonstone bonuses from it at all. Control for one hour should be x5 and control for 4 hours should be x5, so I should have a 25x multiplier on the bloonstones that I earn. Instead, I have to wait 1-3 days for upgrade timers to expire like anybody else, because I’m not earning the bloonstones for instant upgrade completion, like I should be.
I started playing yesterday, and foolishly bought the 50 Kred package. I may continue playing, but I definitely am not buying any more bloonstones. Not when I should be earning tons of them by owning the controlled territory, and I’m not getting crap. This is a huge bug that needs fixed! It’s a problem with currency, just the same as if you weren’t earning the correct amount of gold, and it completely breaks the game!
