I don’t know what’s sooooo bad about Draw-Play 2. Yes, it’s buggy, yes, it might be annoying, but it’s not the first buggy and annoying game with badges. And the third one changed its genre from Puzzle to Action, so I definitely think it’s not a good idea to move the badge. There’s a really big difference between #2 and #3.

Haha, it’s awesome, but I doubt they’ll let you use all those sounds and images for much.

Yeah, maybe. I already planned most of the stuff, but I’m waiting for the later tutorials to see if what I want to do can be done by tweaking some code… I’m a so-so programmer, and I never drew well. And if I win, I want all the money, so I’m not going to get a friend to draw me the background :P

As far as I know, the full Shoot game available for download is coded on AS3, so if you are coding the game on AS2, probably some code won’t work, I guess?

Does “Premium” Entail That Its Not Free?

Kongregate is going to release Premium Games which will be mostly free, but will include extra content which will be bought via Microtransactions.

They are micro, don’t expect nothing like $20 for a Flash game.

If you click on Achievements, or Achievements > Badges it takes you to YOUR badges, (www.kongregate.com/username/badges), so you see can only see the badges you earned in order from newest to oldest.

www.kongregate.com/badges just shows the newest badges, no matter if you got them or not.

The card album has been here for two or three weeks. You could also go by going to your profile, and in the cards section clicking on ‘My card album’.

I didn’t go through all these pages, I don’t know if this has been said before…

1. Clicking on Achievements should take you to kongregate.com/badges, clicking on Achievements > Badges should take you to kongregate.com/username/badges. Or something for being able to go to kongregate.com/badges, so newest badges appear there. EDIT: After going through many locked topics, seems like it’s going to get fixed soon.

2. True, the white bar between ‘Kongregate’ and the new navigation bar is just… wrong.

3. Ads much? I understand the site gets money from ad revenue… but its making forums too slow now.

4. Kongregate logo is smaller… it’s the same size than the navigation bar. It gets a bit lost there… it reminds me of nonoba, the logo is barely noticeable.

5. Beta fell down from the E :(

EDIT: 6. Clicking on your level, at the top right, takes you to a weird page D: I’m using Firefox 3.

So you criticize shouts and whispers since you can’t see them if you don’t go to your mail, while to read an email you also have to go to your mail.

You shouldn’t have done that.

Answering part by part to a full post is considered flaming, so I simply won’t do it. My intention is not to flame, I just fully disagree with the idea.
