I would recommend stocking up on weapons, and keep a few extra good pieces of armor. This will EXTREMELY help your raids.(More weapons = more damage = more allies = more damage, etc.) Quests eventually have like 5 enemies and it takes 10 energy an attack. Do battles and raids. once you have a good stockpile of energy (80+), then you can try to plow through quests.
