You seemed to have missed the point I was making, yes more things for f2p but not at the expense of vips it doesn’t make economic sense. Also morally reprehensible to take away privileges they’ve already paid for and given them for free to others.

Nice to see more packs available for f2p though I’d like a chance at planb.

That is to say… will it become even harder to find a Yumi once all the master packs are no longer VIP?
Or will it all stay the same? I’ll be rather sore if Gamefuse does us the “favor” of stripping off the VIP restrictions and then slaps everyone in the face by making it even harder to get anything worthwhile without spending thousands of real dollars for a stupid flash game.
BTW- those VIP restrictions were always unnecessary and rather mean spirited on the part of the devs. This game is pay to win. It always has been. Spend more to win more. The VIP restrictions on decks, equipment, and the other minor, tiny perks were just a giant road block for any of the free players to ever WANT to spend money on the game.

Lol the amusing thing about this is that to be fair non vips are better off not having access to masters packs in general they are a money pit that will take all your gold and give you nothing more than a crappy epic in return, better off saving gold for AH.

There are almost 0 vip perks in this game compared to most games,the ‘perks’ they do have are mainly the ability to get a crap epic by wasting there gold on exclusive packs – vip0 can get every single card except for 8 from end of season packs.

By withdrawing vip exclusivity on certain packs they are taking away a reason for people to put money into the game reduced perks = less logical reasons to put money into the game. Less spending = faster game decline.

The vip restrictions were not unnecessary – in fact quite the opposite. To keep the game alive you need people to spend money – to get them to spend money you need worthwhile perks to encourage them to do so.

Removing perks they’ve paid for and giving it to every tom,dick and harry is quite wrong morally in my opinion and they should be compensated some way.

This game needs more f2p stuff yes, but not at the expense of vips though or game death shall arrive quickly. I quite like this game I’d prefer it not to die.

Though really, all of these should have + 1 crimson thanks to the daily login, so there’s a lot better chance for a fire opal.

A 1% ish chance for a blazing horsehair is unacceptable it essentially means no f2p can get any reward whatsoever from this event. The majority of p2win won’t get any reward either this whole event is a massive scam.

You’re partially right and partially wrong.
Right insofar as the rate is crap wrong insofar as it is very dependant on luck. I’ve seen people open 3 packs and get 3 legendarys and I’ve seen people open 70 and get 0. A random result means you can either be lucky and get a good result or unlucky and get a bad result.

Randomness means luck is involved therefore anyone is entitled to say I was unlucky or such and such was lucky and have it be entirely true. Personally I’ve bought about 100 packs with rubies over multiple servers and only got 3 legendaries if you believe the rate is 8% I’ve been very unlucky.

I had like 50 horsehair and only had 4 different kinds :P I had 37 leafy horsehair

I thought I had it bad, wow. Seems massively rigged to me as I said earlier they should of given an orange in the daily log in rewards.

I’ve had 23 horsehairs and no orange so far, hoping for one by the end of the event, but I reckon in daily login they should of given us an orange instead of a red – red is useless to those of us who don’t have the luck to get an orange.

it hard to even get last update cards n u want new cards already, i keep on getting medusa greek archer n spartan hoplite

I have no luck with mythos packs either I seem to get Greek pegasus everytime but I’m curious about what the new cards are regardless. Even if I don’t have enough gold (only season end rewards + tower gold + league rewards)to have much chance, I can still hope and I’m pretty impatient regardless.

Purple box not blue, there is a large difference. 50 rep crests is worth it and if you get 3 league tickets and you’re remotely capable you can turn that into a nice bit of gold. Rep crest > silver, Gold > silver – overall pretty worthwhile.

It kind of all depends on what you get from the twilight chests, if you get say 150 hb, or elven rep crests on a newer server it’s very nice indeed. That being said It’s not very likely overall. I got 50 elf, 50 garbage priest rep and 3 sealed league tickets -apart from the garbage priest rep crests I’m pretty happy overall as I can turn those sealed league tickets into some gold if i’m lucky.

I sent them that note in case they did not know about canyon’s embrace as well. The implied fix for City Gates should easily be able to be replicated to any server that had the issue.

Winged emperor effects all non card summons i.e cows,romeo, zombies,augusts cavs. All card summons are not effected – Danika summons dragons which you can get in card form and devs would struggle to program it so emperor differentiates between danikas summons and the actual cards played It’s the same for greek pegasus, trojan horse and the Squire summoning angels.

and outside of the elite tier.. there are tons of new cards with the distract ability (shadow dragons, sphynx, leo), which can really make spike hard in 2v2

whether or not they work, its a good example of the ‘additive’ style of balancing in the game, not going back and buffing/nerfing things but just heaping on new things.. personally I like that style better than changing things that exist, but they could be more thoughtful about it.. still I think theres a lot more thought behind the units than ppl give credit for. Like Olierien mentioned those 4 categories of deck have been kept alive this whole time with lots of subcategories that ppl have used successfully, and none have become totally extinct even with 0 buffing or nerfing.

I would say both of those cards have 0 effect on spike rush simply because of DB/any decent skill will kill annie in 1shot.

The rewards were correct for x-server but not local server. I was rank1 for 2v2 but got rewards for rank 2… Also rank 5 1v1 but got rewards for rank 10..
