5. Win
Everyone should have these cards. Really easy 4000 gold + Unique Bloodthirsty :)
Everyone should have 4 orbital cannons? Really?

Units with negative attack do not attack at all. WTF.

I think you are talking this personally, and it ain’t personal. Really.
The OP (not you, unless you own both accounts) starts the thread with those words, so I can hardly see this as a “suggestion” thread.
Put simply, this thread is much like those now obsolete “Rally All should affect all cards, not only the ones to the right”. It lacks game perspective, and from a game-balancing POV, it makes zero sense (because all that change would do is pigeon-hole deck building by making sub-par AA and flyiers unusable)
If you (the OP, you, me, anybody) want a change, fair enough, but you gotta be able to support your demands with somthing more sensible than “It pisses me off that a weakened Cannon Walker is torn apart by a shitty Cerberus”. That is my opinion.
I have given plenty of support.
It overpowers flying + weaken decks, or armored + weaken decks, and it underpowers anti-air cards.
All you did was see anti-air 3 and go “OMG CANNON WALKERS SO OP AOMGOMGOMGOGMOGMOG.”
You don’t like my justification? Ok. But don’t tell me I haven’t given justification.
Also, lol @ this being a complex and well designed game. You give the dev too much credit.

The difference between these various abilities is that poison and flurry work on everything. AA and pierce do not.

it is absurd that a cannon walker can get picked to pieces by a cerberus who it would one hit simply because there was a “weaken 1” card out.
AntiAir trait is not attack dmg+antiair dmg. AntiAir is when you deal damage to an enemy flyer, deal X extra damage. The fact that you fail to perceive this doesn’t mean the rule is stupid. Why do syphon & leech work off creatures and not off enemy commanders? Cause it’s how the devs decided it.
Can you provide a reason for the proposed change that is meant to balance the game and not just to please your personal preference? Or one as to why your personal preference is to be taken in higher consideration than that of the developers?
Following your argument, a creature with 0 attack that is being targetted by weaken 1 should go -1, but they don’t. There is nothing to weaken, so weaken is ignored. AntiAir is the same: attack 0, so nothing to buff, AntiAir
is ignored.
I understand how it works.
The issue is that how it works is broken.
“The fact that you fail to perceive this doesn’t mean [my point] is stupid.”
As for the balance rationale, it is very clear, and it has been explained. You can making flying units (and lets be fair, flying is very powerful, especially on high HP non-flyers) walk all over anti-air and armored units (possibly even better) walk all over pierce.
At any rate, that is clearly not how it was intended. Play the tutorial mission. Check the wording. Check the wording on the card. They ****ed up.

I don’t think it’s a sufficiently strong point to prevent this issue from having a high stupidity to difficulty-of-resolution ratio, but Hotshot does make the point that if you change game mechanics to fix anti-air/pierce suppression bullshit, you will necessarily make counter work on 0 attack units unless you do more programming.

Whether a unit is air or not (and thus whether the AA bonus is added or not) while being attacked is calculated when your unit attacks the other unit. If it has 0 or negative, the bonus is not calculated because the attack didn’t happen. If the attacks were calculated despite being 0 or negative, counter would take effect in the current system. You’re effectively suggesting that they add a totally new detection system just so that your already-overpowered cannon walker wouldn’t become useless against structureless dracorax decks. I’ve done programming, though not for flash games, and your suggestion is not a simple fix. A simple fix would make counter work on 0 or negative attack units, as I originally mentioned.
This is a flash game, not Call of Duty. Further, it’s a monetized flash game. I do not think it is unreasonable to demand an hour or two of work TOPS to fix a REALLY EGREGIOUS balance issue.
And it isn’t just cannon walkers, it’s virtually every AA unit out there.
When you consider the incredibly simplistic tug-of-war nature of Tyrant, I’d be willing to bet that this scenario loses games as often as cases where 0 attack would cause counter suicides leading to a loss where you would not have had one otherwise.

This is not a real objection.
First off, it is perfectly comparable (possibly worse, in the sense that both can VERY EASILY cost you a game) to have a your cannon walker sit there and die while the enemy xeno interceptor or rifter runs a train on your deck than it is to have a 0 damage unit take counter damage.
Second, just make it so that anti-air is added to attack score. Tah-dah! Now your zero attack units still don’t implode upon attacking the enemy chimera or saw tank or whathaveyou, and a single “weaken all” doesn’t render your anti-air army useless against the air it should be ripping to pieces.
There really is no excuse for this. It aught to be a pretty simple fix.

This is. . . just so insanely stupid. Units with non-positive attack do not attack. This means that if I’ve got 0 attack and anti-air 3 and I’m attacking an air unit, instead of doing 3 damage, I do zero.
That is just colossally stupid. This really should be fixed.
Edit: The counter objection is not a legitimate one. By all means keep your 1> attack units from dying to counter, but it is absurd that a cannon walker can get picked to pieces by a cerberus who it would one hit simply because there was a “weaken 1” card out.

instead full luck , a bit skill please
OP makes a fair comment. In terms of actual play, Tyrant is an insanely shallow game. It’s actually a pretty shallow deck builder, for that matter, when you compare it to the likes of much better games like Elements TCG or the necronomicon.
The reason for its popularity is the same as the reason for all bad games popularity on Kong. A disturbingly large amount of people are impressed by bells and whistles, and actual game quality isn’t really all that important to them.
There are thousands upon thousands of such examples on this site. Take each and every pandemic game, for instance.
Where Synapticon has made his coup is with the stupid energy system, which neccesitates that badge-a-holics like myself keep checking the stupid game every day after work. Otherwise I’d have finished it in two or three sittings (and frankly, that could’ve been kind of fun).

How To Win At Cardian
So I just restarted with a holy paladin deck rather then buy cards until I had the means to beat a beholder.
Anyhow, this game is appalling, lol. I restarted, built a deck, then was unable to select it and as such was forced to refresh the page because my initial deck was just not selectable (for no reason) and there is no way of going to the previous page.
All I wanted was a new card game a la The Necronomicon. :(

How do you beat cell craft level 6??
Thanks, I just beat it.
As per attitude, if you had said “If you post in the General Gaming forums you’ll probably get more/faster answers ^^” instead of “Next time post in the General Gaming section.” I’d have said “Cool, thanks for the headsup,” instead of what I said, which was totally warranted.
So, in response, I would like to say “your attitude isn’t necessary as I’m only asking for help.”
Thanks again.

Thanks for the advice, but even if I disable my mitochondria right off the bat to accumulate FA, it’s not enough.
As for your non-moderator forum policing, I don’t want it, don’t offer it. This is the kongregate forum, devoted to all things kongregate. I do appreciate your gaming advice.
Thanks again.

How do you beat cell craft level 6??
I’m finding this almost impossible.
There is no glucose in the level at any point (since “sprinkle glucose” apparently means sprinkle amino acids), so if I don’t have three chloroplasts, I have no fatty acids (and there is no way you’re getting through the level on 28 lysosomes), but if I have three chloroplasts, I don’t get enough mitochondria to supply sufficient ATP, and by wave two I’m dying.
How the hell did you guys manage this level?

I don't understand the love for Loved...
The three games that most resemble it in approach, in my opinion, are Immortal, Don’t Look Back, and In The Company of Myself.
Loved is basically an extremely short, very bland, visually uninteresting platformer with a bunch of meaningless A or B decisions that have no impact on the game. They are not philosophical either, so much as they are obscure. There is no deep allegory in there. Anyone who has ever taken a writing class (or done any serious reading) can tell the difference between this and the real thing.
ImmorTall, which has a siginificantly lower rating, is almost as long, visually appealing, has a great minimalist soundtrack running in the background, and a GENUINE short story told through a flash game.
Don’t Look Back is similar, except that it is much longer and really quite good from a gameplay standpoint.
Both of these games are harder than Loved (and more fun to play), and this is reflected in the case of DLB with a medium and an easy badge, but inexplicably Immortal has only the easy badge (the only one it deserves, IMO, but Loved gets a medium? wuhtuhfuh?).
In the Company of Myself, on the other hand, is a reasonable long and well made puzzle game with some neat idea-theft from Braid coupled with a sledgehammer M. Night Shymalan ending. It is appropriately rated higher than
Loved, but that’s because it’s a full goddamn game that looks better, sounds better, and has a more artsy-fartsy concept to it.
I don’t think Loved is a particularly bad game, but a 4/5+? Hell no.
Okay, rant over.

Can't beat second last level in Final Deathwish
So I managed to limp through it just barely with some good dodging on my third try using the kaiser blades.
After this, the game gets CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZY easy. The flamethrower when maxed it like some kind of GG machine. Wrapped up my remaining challenges and killed all 100 agents effortlessly.
Thanks very much Fireseal :).

Actual thanks to fireseal. I’m still finding this very challenging, and incredibly tedious. I’ll give it a shot.

The PS3 Processor (Cell Broadband Engine)
But the fact remains, for a year, the PS3 had Resistance: Fall of Man, and the Xbox had Gears of War.
It’s since evened out, and I bought a PS3 two years ago, but all those early adopters were duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuumb, and that’s just that.
