Topic: Football Saga / Beware of Regen 15 > 16!

I didn’t took a screenshot, but I can confirm that Gen 15 → 16 regen gives less rewards than it promises.
On pre-regeneration screen (the one which opens after you click Regenration button) it reads 2 large energy drinks, 2 fragile kits, 2 prem coins…
In fact you receive only 1 of each item.
Stars and cash are shown/rewarded correctly (reward description matches actually received amount)
Though I received 10 element cards while expected 6 (5 from common pack and 1 spirit card which always appears on regen screen, and which is always spirit)

I’ve noted on several occasions that air duel win gives +0.2 rating, BUT I think engine doesn’t count it as a tackle (which I believe it should, since its a positive defensive action).
Tied air duel (when nobody was able to get the ball) is a bit more rare, from my observations it has no effect on rating… I usually check only personal rating though… not pretending to be objective here

Also completely agree on other points.

On upgrade system.

  1. Please, check this bug
  2. Why not make craftsman skills training similar to regular skills, so that player can choose which type of bonus to invest talent points into.
    I.e. make 3 (maybe 4) skills, one for each category: condition, gold price decrease, success rate increase (maybe add smth like durability penalty decrease upon failure)
    Each skill provides slightly better bonus when maxed than it does now (i.e. +8-10% instead of +7% success rate, 15-20% gold bonus instead 13% …).
    Cap each skill at 40-60 points.
    I for one would gladly trade condition/price bonus for higher success rate (as long as its not bugged – please see point #1)

In this case it would be +1% after Cobbler-4 and +3% after Cobbler-5
But game shows +6% right from the Cobbler-4 (maybe from earlier level – I didn’t check)

At Craftsman Cobbler lvl 4 and lvl 5 “Success Rate” is displayed as +6% on item upgrade screen. Wonder if this is just labeling bug or …
According to talent description I expected +1% and +2% respectively

The same +6% shown at Tailor lvl 4 (talent hint reads 3% increase for this lvl)

Show summary of challenge defences since last player logout on corresponding screen. Right now I belive you can see only last 8 no matter how many times you were challenged.

  • Total times challenged
  • wins / losses
  • Total gold gained/lost
  • Total condition lost

Update these stats either between player logins, or since player checked Challenge > Defence screen last time.
Having some sort of report with daily or maybe even hourly distribution would be even better.
This will remove arguing about sudden condition drop, especially by new players.

EU server – no quests giving condition refresh drinks for the last 2 days…
This morning I saw Gen9 player getting smashed in challenge, dropping his cond below 40%.

I would really like to hear devs reply on the matter – was it intended change?
Should we plan our lvl’ing/regen/upgrades beforehand considering new condition reduction rates?

It looks like this conditioning issue was result of the bugfix which was included in last update.
You can see the same condition reduction on challenge-defend screen as before, but real reduction was much lower before.
After update it can become a problem even for higher Gen players, if they have a bit lower challenge stats than others.

I would suggest to simply return condition loss rate to pre-update level.
Or as it was already stated above, add condition refresh consumables into shop available for gold

Yes. Check your database for any legends that are GEN1 and stopped leveling for more than 3 days:
- For Level 30 players Reset all their stats to 1, until they regen.
- For other players that might match that request and are of lower levels 1/2 stats until levelup.

Lack of Motivation has never helped in real sports…

I agree this can probably work in a short and long term if you run this selection on a regular basis.
I’d just add that you should target users who are also active (meaning – logged in every day during last X days – not sure if you keep this info though) and had their last lvl up (or gen up) Y days ago. Where X and Y could be 3 and 5 for instance

Yea, same bug here
I think its rather “cash earned” is bugged, it shows way too much for a non 2x bonus match.
I was low on cash at the moment, so I could see the difference between ~1.2mil which I got and 2.6mil which was shown on the end match screen.

That was my first impression from the first couple matches too, but really it favors speed and abitility to kill stuff quickly.
So yeah, your medic won’t do as well as speedy assault build (but well, medic is already buffed quite enough for LMS where healing is basically allowed cheating). I’ve also seen some armor oriented heavies who did well, but those were rare minority.
All in all I think its a great mode, it adds more diversity to the game. Looks as a solid replacement for Alpha virus event which they don’t do anymore for some reason

“guich22” was standing in the middle of the map doing nothing whole round, 0 kills…
Might as well be some glitch (i.e. if he disconnected, but somehow win was still registered for him), but looks suspicious anyway

I had the same issue with passive event. If you look at leaderboard, there is huge gap in kills between you and who’s right below you.
After playing round in LMS though my runner challenge percentage was updated…
Don’t know if its just display issue, or it actually affects reward
