@Black loter – I just finished the Melvelous the Magnificent campain – I remember that the boss had line of sight to my warrior even though said line was not a line… I also had line of sight to him, but said line completely stopped at one point and restarted behind a baricade … they need to implement that

Although I think that if they could do so (it would be MUCH more difficult to do) as this game is OBVIOUSLY a joke of d&d they should use d&d rules on LOS: IE if you can draw a line from any courner from the attackers square to any point on the defender’s square you have line of sight, however the defender would get a free saving throw (4+) against the attack. If you can draw a line from any courner from the attackers square to ALL points on the defender’s square then the defender does not get the free saving throw.

Ok kkas – what are the odds that with 2 penalty cards (1/37 – and 1/33 respectfully) that on 9 out of my last 10 encounters that I got BOTH of them within the first 2 turns (8 cards a pop each 9 TIMES OUT OF 10!) And besides the fact what are the odds that with 4 movement cards that 3 of them are ever in your hand at the same time (as shown in the original post)?

Edit: Furthermore I find that often what kills me if I die is the inabilty to draw attack cards and I’m a little erked at the fact that you seem to be able to draw less and less of them as you level up… the inabilty to just completly remove say your boots so that you don’t get those three cards seems a bit odd to me

21/37 On my human warrior are attacks 22/33 On my Elven Mage are attacks (only 2 of which are hot spot, which can be silly) 15/33 on my dwarven cleric are holy spells – yet:

For the life of me (usually litterally) I can not draw attacks on my warrior or mage, and my cure spells come up less often than half the time… furthermore the 1 bad thing I have on each character is CONSISTANTLY one of the first 6 cards I will draw (which actually for the most part, combustable and fright on turn 1-2 are nice to get out of decks early) but the randomness is not nearly as random as it should be…

Bluji – I’m with you on this one, it honestly feels like (I’m not sure if it’s true or not but it feels this way) the more expensive the bait the more likely you are to get junk…

(Does not now how to post a screenshot) Ok I hit a golfball over the sandtrap piece (the one with the bridge) so that it hit the bridge and seemed to go up into nowhere as the shadow continued horizontally… the game froze afterwards

If the mount(s) are too much trouble, don’t use them! Otherwise, .25% bonus per level is much better than no bonuses at all… Even if I do grumble when my mount gets a useless bonus, like +1 power, its loads better than the eyeglasses, etc.
Now a good suggestion, would be types of Premium Feed they could add- such as Fermented Apples- your Mount Loses 1 level (3/4 to current level, suggested- 0 pts at level below if you’re afraid of too much abuse), and you choose which ability gets reduced…

My main problem is that Mounts take 2x the Exp to level up – your supposed to be able to feed them to get bonuses (lord knows that the feed doesn’t come NEARLY often enough) The hats don’t have a level up bar that suggests that the hat gets better over time – you have to pay money to make better runes and for the most part the pets give a good bonus for the effort you put in. My problem with the mount is unlike the runes which take some effort to make but give you GREAT bonuses and the pets which take a while to get good bonuses the mount is worse than the rune for sheer randomness and uniblity to put any focus whatsoever while being worse than the pet by that stupid double exp deal. I would say that a halfway decent mount (say 10% odds in a good spot) is more difficult to get than a 60% perfect rune… with a MAXIMUM of 20-25%(25% if you use starting 5% bonus) to any spot… Unlike the rune I can’t pay (even bb – but if BW is smart they’ll sell some feed for gold) to get the mount better bonuses and unlike the pet I have to use the feed to have a halfway decent chance of focusing… It’s more effort than the rune or the pet for less bonus than EITHER ONE. I’ll agree .25% bonus per level is much better than no bonuses at all – but if the bonuses are THAT difficult to get I personally would rather the 50% speed and nothing else – heck at this point I would rather have it be a visual upgrade only as apposed to the negative possibility space it is right now

Mount fixing
The mounts are downright terrible sorry but when you take randomly generated random bonuses of random that are usually .5% and compare that to the average pet at level 21 the maximum bonus that my mount can have is 10.5% – compared to the average pet at level 21 is 10.5% – this of course assumes you have a godlike amount of feed [which we do not even have the ability to purchase yet] and get the Singular effect you want every single time – otherwise you can end up with a .5% nothings into _ when you already have a -5% nothings on the mount itself and were building less nothings because good mounts aren’t allowed in this game.
The mount seems like 2 times (3-4 if you want GOOD bonuses) the work for the effect of a pet (most of the time). I wouldn’t mind if the mount took more work if it was MORE VALUABLE than a pet in some way (such as those bonuses being 1% – we have to work and feed our pets to get good bonuses, the feed is hard to find would it kill you to make the bonus worth the effort put into it?)

I am sick and tired of looking at the shop offer me a 1% increase in my odds for
10k gold, 2 topas, 4 saphire, 4 ruby at level 121 … even if it truely brought my odds up from 2-3% (woot) it’s actuall bringing my odds from my base from base+2%of base to base+3% of base… which is likely not worth anywhere near the amount of stuff you want for that.
Why is it that the one thing you can buy to increase your odds (ok you can kinda-sorta buy runes… but you know what I mean) has absolutely no effect on what you get?

which brings me too… CAN WE PLEASE SEE OUR BASE ODDS??? I am tired of looking at 25% chance to win _ and not know exactly what that means for me: is it a 4%base plus 1%rune? for a total of 5% chance to win_ is it 10%base plus 2.5% rune? I DON’T KNOW!

2) Yes but the ‘nothings turn into’ don’t work well with ‘less nothing’ odds: in order for one to be good you can’t have the other. Yes you can’t ever eliminate nothings completely, but if your odds to get nothing are say 1 in 100 and your (true) odds to get ‘nothing turns into …’ is 10% than that means your odds to have a nothing turn into _ is 1 in 1000 that 10% chance for your nothing to turn into something is actually at this point a .01% chance to actually DO anything…

Math is overly simplistic so I can proof kin’s point

Also: At the moment it appears we can’t feed our mounts (I can’t do it…) And we would need the right feed as the 4 bonuses we can get are random…

@kin on spiders: You would be surprized in flash… I’ll bet you that the issue to this is the fact that every field only has 1/2 monsters and they just set which monsters/bushes are found in an (short) array. This would mean that in order to fix the problem the devs would unfortunatly have to change the class that the fields belong to by giving them two parallel arrays, create an option to switch between the two (which may or may not break the game in and of itself – and no I do not mean balance-wise break the game I mean make the game unplayable break the game) The simple use of a number might help some but it would be a MASSIVE undertaking to allow for a second option of viewing just for sheer number of times they would need to put in an alternate array of stuff to choose from. And has every area is different (heck even some of the areas in the areas are different) they can’t just change it once and move on… Unfortunatly as someone who is a programmer I have to say while not impossible this might be impractical to implement.

A small FruitBasket is 10gold/2 agates. A medium is 100gold/2 aquamarine gems and yet a 3x energy increase (not bad)
Large 250gold/2 topaz: (from small) 25xgold, 64x better gems 5x energy increase (from med) 2.5Xgold, 16x better gems and yet a 1 and 2/3rds energy increase… [starting to get bad]
Huge – 1250gold/2 saphire: (from small)125Xgold 256xgem for 10xenergy (from med) 12.5xgold 128Xgem for 1.333Xenergy (from large)
5xgold 4x gem for 2xenergy [it would be much cheeper to buy 10 smalls OR EVEN 2 LARGES for same amount of energy]
Massive-5000gold/2 saphire/2 ruby: (from small) 500xgold, 1280xgem for 20xenergy… Notice a problem here? The energy gained from fruit baskets is BETTER from a small fruit basket (cost/energy) than it is for either of the other two… gold OR gem-wise. I suggest either lowering the price for the fruit baskets so that at the very least the energy/gold(or gem) is about the same… If I could buy 20 smalls it would be 1280 times cheeper than the massive fruit I get that you want to make money but could the energy/what is spent PRETEND to be about the same…

Level 26, 5k cash, 3 rubies I haven’t touched and nothing to buy with it… absolutely nothing. I can buy fish bait and nothing. I suppose going along with some way to organize/get rid of old trinkets would be nice… but I feel like I have all this stuff AND NOTHING TO BUY!
