I got the payout alright… the wrong payout…. I spent well over 30000 Balens on the 22nd…. and I only got 500k gold… 1 level 3 gem pack… so on and so forth…. I submitted a ticket… no response…. mail gets deleted in 20 hours….I haven’t collected anything yet, assuming they wouldn’t want me to if they were correcting the problem… no response…. Christ….I need to stop playing this game… we all need to stop playing this game…at least until R2games starts to take some responsibility for the highway robbery they perform on us….

All things aside… I gotta say. I play this game practically religiously (with all the timed events, you practically have to), and have put in a substantial amount of cash into the game. I’m not ashamed to admit it, I have the cash to spend and I chose to put it in this game. However, despite hours spent on here til 2-3 in the morning, and feeding it my monies… every single chest, every single spin, and just about everything left up to “chance” has shafted me, including all but one of the refined chests I’ve opened containing 1 ore….

It would be incredibly disappointing to not make it to the king’s bounty, simply because I never got more than one refined/pristined ore per day. I was already building myself up to getting 100x skellie keys, or 20 bounty quest scrolls instead of the 1,000,000 kyanite I really want…. (which I feel is almost definitely happening at this point with the ongoing trend…), but I may never even get a chance at that disappointment.

I understand the need to draw out the chest prizes to make sure you squeeze out as much as possible from all players involved… but throw us a bone here… it’s literally sapping my energy at how warped every VIP spin, every BG chest, and every other chest of every kind is in handing out it’s goodies. Happier players are more likely to continue to play and spend on this game…. something to consider… :\

How will this be calculated with Kreds? Will it be like… more than 150 kreds→ 15%? Or will it be like… more than $150 worth of Kreds? Will it work with Kreds at all??
