I would expect that most major projects (the sort that you would want to be involved with) would either have people on the team that are creative enough to come up with a rich, fully realised character design accompanied by an enthralling script; or they wouldn’t need such a character. An example of the latter would be a game such as ‘Toss the turtle’ – and by providing a ‘comedy sample’ for that same class of game isn’t going to help your portfolio.
I would also say that the ‘Character origin 1’ that you provided is rough at best. It works to a number of clichés that are only effective in a self-aware satire style game, which any point-and-click shooter will almost never be. It also reads too much as a simple series of events rather than a compelling back story.
If you put much more effort and time into the little details like spelling, grammar and sentence structure, it would make you appear more credible and make developers more likely to use your services. The better writers also read as much as they possibly can to get ideas – if you have some spare time, try and find some of H.P.Lovecraft’s short stories, they may be rather old by modern standards, but the story telling is still A grade stuff.
TL;DR – Keep trying to improve
