Psychological: Psycho Mantis from Metal Gear Solid. His eerie appearance and raspy voice were already enough to give me chills and then when he started reading off my memory card I started to officially feel freaked out. Then when he moved my controller, which I kind of expected, it still kind of startled me after what had happened not a minute before. When the paintings on the wall started laughing I started to feel uneasy and when the fight came I got startled by the “blackout” and by the fact that I couldn’t move until I plugged my controller into port 2.

Gory: The fast, bony, headcrab zombies from Half Life 2.

1. Taunt them.
2. Wait for opponent to get pissed off and charge me.
3. Wait until the last second to shoot them in the head with a revolver.
4. Rotate revolver and put it back into holster.
5. Walk away like nothing happened in a cool fashion.
If they pull a gun on me I fire the revolver at step 2.

I remember collecting a ton of Yu-Gi-Oh a few years back, but have no desire to find and/or play a game with them. On a somewhat related note, the dueling disk arm thing was badass.

Topic: General Gaming / Tomb Raider or Devil May Cry?

DmC. It has a solid storyline, an awesome fighting system, and quite a few bosses to take out. The bosses are all completely different fights than you would expect (except for the Succubus you fight in the demo) and overall I think it’s one of the best games for the Xbox 360. I’d also recommend the Metal Gear Rising demo as it also has a it of action, even though the story doesn’t make much sense (then again, it is a Metal Gear game) and Alan Wake for a unique gaming experience, even though it’s been out for about 2-3 years.

Yes. My great grandfather was a family man and loved kids but he unfortunately died in his 40’s due to a stroke or a heart attack or something, so his spirit comes to visit the all of the children in the family because he never got the chance to spend time with them or even meet them. Sometimes he just shows up to see the next generation, and sometimes you can have an actual conversaton with him. As far as I know, my dad was the first to see him, and then his brother and sister saw him.
He visited me about 2 years ago as an aged man who was in his 40’s (about the same age he died) except he was a bit pale and you could somewhat see through him. I hadn’t heard of him yet, so I did what any scared person would do if he sees a pale old man in his room that was transparent and hide under the covers. He walked over to me, lay a cold hand on my shoulder, and said “Do not be afraid.” Then he sat down and we talked for a few minutes and in that time he told me his story and why he was there, and then he simply vanished. I told my dad the next morning what had happened and then he told me the same story and that he goes to see all the children in the family. So far all of the men have seen and/or talked to him at least once.

…Seriously? You died fighting Knuckle Dragger? He is by default one of the easiest guys to kill! Just zoom in on his head and fire away. Then just pick up whatever pistol he drops and use it instead of the default. It’s that simple.
