I groggily woke up from my slumber as I realized a fireball was flying at me.I ran behind a wall with something familiar in my hand. As I found out that I was being attacked, I also realized the ones that were shooting me were just turrets. As I looked at the item in my hand as I realized I was wearing a backpack.I was holding a raggedy wooden staff with a white crystal on top. Then, a wave of scorpions rushed at me. All of a sudden my hand, as if it had a mind of it’s own, it waved the staff which shot 2 white blasts of light hurtling at them. As I killed them, I ran for some shelter. As I found some shelter, I tried to remember even my name. Nothing but a solitary memory of a great god trying to kill me. END OF VOLUME ONE
