Omega doensn’t counter Missile Silo, neither on surge nor attack. So i go with

Unique Rule: Card must have strike.

Topic: Tyrant / Should Cleanse remove weaken?

I think that weaken should be removed be cleanse. To add some points to the previous positions:

1.) Weaken is a negative status effect.
The other examples (damage, wait time, death) are pretty ridiculous. This said, you have to differentiate between base status (health and wait time) and effects. Wait time is a property of a unit. There is no hostile source that causes this. Also there is no effect that says “Kill Target assault”, “Target assault is dead” or something like that.
2.) Although I agree cleanse clearing weaken can boost desease/poison, it’s not the generic case since not every deck uses it. On the other hand it would make cleanse much more versatile.
3.) Weaken is NOT “cleansed” by rally. Of course they have comparable effects, but the relation between them is not symmetric since assaults with 0 or lower attack can’t be weakened. Therefore rally is stronger than weaken. In contrast, Cleanse vs weaken would just cancel out each other.
