ITT we artificially inflate our friends lists
1.) Post in this thread
2.) Add everyone in thread to friends list
3.) We keep doing this until we reach a multiple of 3000 new friends then never add a friend again
4.) This becomes a creepy fact about the site, that a large portion of Kongregate has exactly 3000 friends
Begin posting and adding.

The New Splat
Since the overnerf of shards most of my old decks no longer work. I have tried this one, and it seems to operate okay.

Not nearly as powerful as the old SPlat, but it works. Recommendations/criticism welcome.
P.S. Zanzarino leave it alone, jerk.

What decks are Platinum viable?
My go-to deck has always been SPlat, but that is dead now. What decks are good for plat/gold/fgs still?

Ghost of the Past (upped) needs a rebalance
I feel it is worth noting that my Ghostmare build includes enough Imp Steals to remove all sanctuaries that might get played, but your point is a good one.

Don’t be stupid. Nobody knows how magnets work. That’s why they are called miracles.

And how many players do you know that has 5-6 time nymphs? And please don’t say there are “some” I am looking for specifics as to player names. :P

None of the nymphs are particularly powerful, given the popular decks are generalist. I don’t think SPlat is vulnerable to anything but Air nymphs, and Instosis is only vulnerable to gravy as previously pointed out.

Most hated card
Black Hole, Discord, SoSac, anything that slows the game down to a crawl. I get that people want to win, but these awful, gigantic decks that take 18 ttw are obnoxious and are played by people..

Ghost of the Past (upped) needs a rebalance
GotP is currently so strong that you can make a Ghostmare deck for arena regardless of what card Oracle gives you, and still get into Top 100. If you get a dark quanta card you are guaranteed top 50. For two weeks I was #1 in Gold using Ghostmare, and when I don’t have a time or dark Oracle, somebody else’s Ghostmare was #1 or close to it.
I’d like to see a change, because this is honestly a terrible situation. The metagame gets stagnant.
So here is my suggestion:
Increase GotP quanta cost by 1
Reduce upped GotP attack damage to 8
This lowers the potential for a serious rush and allows more than the three current farming decks a chance at beating it. This will lead to more variety in both arena decks and in decks used by people who are trying to beat arenas.
Just my opinion.

I’m just joking anyway. I donate Kreds to games I like.

[TO DEV] Why Tyrant Replaced Kongai
Killed by Dante has never been SR50, for one thing, probably never top 50 for that matter, and anyone who has played against him can tell you why.

Games I support
Can we get a profile tab for games we have donated to? Not just Kreds either, but games which we support monetarily (Elements, RotMG, et cetera).
I can recall a time when we had something like this, it made me a bit happier with the hundreds of hours I’ve spent on the site.

Which Arena rank do you grind?
Grind plat with Light Mark Splat for the extra time between SoDs and SoVs. Rainbows sort of ruin the deck if they carry a purify, though.

Voidolation [PvP/Arena]
Most SoV decks that I have seen are paired with traditional dark spells and creatures. This is a different approach using unupped nova, protect artifact, and sundials for a pillarless, creatureless stall immune to PC. Precogs are there for emergencies, never use sundials to draw or you’ll deck yourself out.
The deck:

Versus Neptune:

Versus SPlat:

Versus PDials:

The deck is fairly strong in PvP and Gold Arena, though Plat and FGs are difficult to beat with it. Strategy is to get your SoVs out as fast as possible. One nova can pay for up to four SoVs. Alternate dials and SoSacs for a nice defense (though vulnerable to Purify as all SoSacs decks are, and destruction of sundials should be considered when playing against those with the capability to do so.)
When you have a protect, play order is SoV > Protect > Other SoVs
Save Drain Life for the coup d’ grace.
Win Rate vs AI 3 with popular decks (Ghostmare, SPlat, PDials, etc): 70% (25 to 5)
EMs out of 25 wins: 17
Average TTW (over 30 games): 14
One odd consequence of this deck is that it can make positive use of Singularity. Three novae generate the nasty thing, then when SoSac is played, it does positive damage instead of antimattered damage. This prevents it from healing you via the normally damaging combo. The use of such a thing is situational, but it can seal a match against Instosis you might otherwise be too slow to win.
Feedback appreciated.
