he could have simply copied the encrypt code, and, assuming he knows how to program and write games, deleted the original creators name and e-mail and replaced it with his own. Unfortunately (I hate to say this), he might have made the game and joined Kongregate just to upload it. I say the that he stole it and created the username to fit the game and then created a phony e-mail.
