hey im a 14 year old boy and i want a six pack. right now i have a little bit of a belly but way not enough to be considered chubby. im going into high school and i play soccer and my coach is a running coach so we are going to run a lot during conditioning. so i want a six pack or at least loose weight on my stomach so when i get home from soccer i need to do some ab workouts. which ones should i do and how much?

hey i have a shortcut to an antivirus thing and if i right click it and click delete it goes to the recycle bin… then if i right click it again and click delete will it delete that whole program or JUST the SHORTCUT? thanks

i just downloaded anti spyware free edition and it found like 168 threats and i removed them all. now everything is normal again and it helped a lot!!!!!!!!!!! i would definitely recommend it to others who are having this same problem! thanks!!!!!!!!
