Topic: Technical Support / Shockwave Crashes

I’ve been having some troubles with Shockwave games. When I try to play the game, it instantly crashes and leaves the message of the browser crashing. I’m using Mozilla Firefox and I’ve tried the game with IE and Chrome. I loaded Mozilla Firefox in safe mode and it still crashed, I Flash Player and Shockwave Player and it still crashes.

The game is called, “Drift n Burn 365” on www.shockwave.com and I want to play it, but I can’t because the browser keeps crashing.

Any advice? If you want me to post more information concerning with this subject, I’ll gladly reply back.

Topic: Kongregate Labs / How do I start developing games

Usually when you want to first develop a game, Google is your best friend. And for the money-making part of it, the game needs to be REALLY good so people would donate. Those kinds of games take a long time. So for now, just use Google as the advice providing tool and create easy games to get the hang of it.

lrn2read. The OP says this is about capitalize his username, not changing it.

Doesn’t matter. Capitalizing his username is still changing it. Therefore it’s still the same thing. So “l2” understand.

How long has this been happening? Because if this continues, you might want to contact the Kongregate Support Team from customer service to receive the answer.

If CowFriend’s way doesn’t work, take a screenshot and then click on Customer Service. Then tell them that you didn’t get the badge and you have proof of it. I had to do that roughly 6-8 times.

Topic: Technical Support / Kreds in Fantasy Online

It mainly depends on what web-browser you’re using. And also, if you clear your cookies, you’re basically clearing all the memories from the games you played longs ago. You can clear those if you want, but it’s not really recommended. Usually, you would just reboot your computer and hope that it works. If that doesn’t work, then do what CowFriend said here and it should work. If that doesn’t work either, I’m not sure what else to say except to use Google. Google is your best friend in these situations.

There are hundreds, if not thousands of these topics already created. The answer is “no”. Back then in 2007-2008, it was possible to change your name. My original name is “CoolDude”, but I changed it back then. Currently, it’s not possible to change your name in anyway. This information was provided by Moderator Marh.

You can either use the web-browser Mozilla Firefox and install the add-on “Adblock”. From there on, there shouldn’t be any advertisements on Kongregate, but I don’t believe Kongregate has the choice to decide as it is chosen by Google or other sorts of big companies. Either way, you can just mute the speakers or wait until the advertisements are over.
