He seems like a dumb person. First he tries to do a big science experience thing, but he fucks up and kills his wife. Then, after going on a major criminal spree, he does the same exact thing and almost destroys the whole town. Wow! At least try to do it better the second time around, instead of being a retard about it.

If his science experiment actually succeeded, the whole world could have been changed by its innovative way of creating power! The possibilities are endless! And he almost made it too, if it weren’t for that meddling spiderman. Really!
