When exploring a dungeon

We all know that any things you pick up, like resources and chests give you a small popup window. Instead of that, could you develop a log instead? Like shrink the Quit/Save and Quit button and shift them to the left and then introduce a little chat-like box for a log? I know that there’s one in the chat, but you still get pop-up messages
