4 days after purchasing Mall Points (with Kreds) and talking via IGG live chat, still no Mall Points have been received. Previous transactions occurred automatically within a minute. This is quite disheartening.

Topic: Realm of the Mad God / White Bag lost

This is the dupers killed the loot system problem. To fix the problem with dupers, lots of bugs and playability issues were introduced. You cannot run over a bag and shift-click to use it. You cannot throw soulbound bag items to the (world) ground. You cannot pick up things easily if you are moving. If you pick up something and it’s the last thing from a bag, but the bag is still there, drop it back into the bag and pick it up again – until the bag is gone (this isn’t always that easy in Sprite World). If it’s a white bag and there were multiple things in it, shift them around within your inventory and it may show you what is missing – or which inventory spot is stuffed up until you change realms (leave a dungeon, etc). If there is someone else there, trade them (phantom items don’t usually show during trades). You have 60 seconds until the bag disappears (if it’s in a main realm – and not a dungeon, you could Nexus out and reenter and the bag will still be there – if you can get to it within 60 secs). If you lose something great, go out of your way to thank the dupers and all their supporters, mainly ammy buyers, and tell them how much they enhanced the game

To follow up on the person who says: take the pet out of your vault, use it, put in back in: once you buy a pet generator, put it in your vault, leave the pet generator in the vault, shift-click on it (in the vault chest) to activate it (or deactivate it).

That’s lag. You can get that problem with other big shooters, e.g. in the tomb. If it seems laggy, play safe and stay far away from the enemy. Better yet, try a different server

This is pretty meaningless. Lots of people picked up fame using ammies (and duped/hacked items), or godland fame farming, or fame farming off the Pirate ship ghosts. Don’t look for the best players amongst the big fame people, even with what Realmeye shows. However I completely respect the skills of Krayzie/HeroMax who showed some amazing Tomb speed runs

Topic: Realm of the Mad God / Picking up pots

You can drag into any part of the inventory area which includes the part showing HP/MP pots (even when the whole area is showing stats). The same with items, if you drag into that area when it is showing stats, it will place items into the first available slot

In The Swamp Road quest Find Some Seeds, I’m sure he said find 10 bags but the quest is for 5

1) Accessing “App” / new section problem:
When travelling off-screen (New Haven → Swamp Road) I selected the “Guild App” which came up successfully, however instead of going to the next map, I was stuck off-screen and couldn’t get back on (even in full-screen mode)
2) “Too many Guardians”:
When facing an NPC, after you’ve accepted the initial chat to fight, but before you have clicked on the OK or Let’s fight type chat immediately before the fight, you can still change your team. If you do so, you can get weird things happening where it thinks you have too many guardians in your team (presumably what that means), also weird displays on the team where multiple guardians appear in one slot (haven’t confirmed in v632)
3) Request Inbox comes up multiple times (mostly cosmetic):
You can bring up the Request Inbox multiple times allowing you to click to help evolve/open-chest more than once, which then gets stuck since it’s already been accepted
4) Swamp Road quest for road block:
The initial chat for the quest was too wide for the window (and thus meaningless until I went full screen). Is there no automatic resizing for those?

I had this problem because my profile was private. When changed in account settings to not be private it shows up friends
