Hello,

This message is for the GameFuse staff. A couple of months ago, I asked to have an inactive guild Officer kicked from the guild, but even though they were more than 14 days inactive, we still had a huge CP loss. I sent in a ticket, but was told this is the way it works, and the issue would be escalated to the developers.

Is there any chance this has been addressed? We now have 2 more inactive Officers who’ve quit the game, but we don’t want to lose more CP by having them removed.

Topic: The Last Stand: Dead Zone / VPV MODE please

Complete veto on that idea here. The worst part of any multiplayer game is dealing with other players. Inherent problems come immediately from those paying for benefits vs. free players, harassment, trolling, etc.

I’m already enjoying this game, but dreading any interactions with other players. The day I sign on and find resources gone from attack from other players is probably the day I stop playing.

It’s really sad when children don’t realize that, in the real world, things cost money. Games requiring multiple servers enabling connections worldwide require funding, and allowing people to play for free is a nice courtesy. Collectible Card Games have ALWAYS cost money to collect, thus the definition. I guess some think they should be handed everything and never have to work for it, haha.

Or maybe I’m misunderstanding the point of posts like that…

Uh, yeah, June 18th was the date we were given, since dragon packs were NOT released with 1.5. It’s what I’ve been waiting for out of this whole ‘update’ (that and fire opals, lawl) and it wasn’t even included.

It is a COLLECTIBLE card game, they’ve been played for years and cost money, that’s reality. The fact that this is set up to allow free-to-play access doesn’t change that. It’s like going to the game store and being give cards other players don’t want, haha.

It’s normal for children without jobs or careers not to understand though. ;)

That said, this company has clearly shown they aren’t willing to pay for their own mistakes, so they don’t deserve $20, much less 200 or 800. Their own fault, sadly, they did this to themselves.

Unless you can cite a specific example of what you suggest that actually worked, Jell, it sounds like a nice idea that won’t actually work. Although it’s hard not to think you’re just trying to troll the forums like you do in game, haha. ;)

2 out of 10. They make an effort on some small things, and just hand out mass ‘compensation’, but when it truly counts for serious money spent, they don’t seem to both, and that’s too important to ignore.

This is a game that thrives on player interaction. Without top players, other top players will find no competition, get bored, and leave. I fail to understand how GameFuse doesn’t understand the domino effect they are creating, and how this will ultimately need to no one support their game but random casual players who try to PvP but ‘never find anyone on’.

Poor way to run a business, this game is currently headed toward failure unless GameFuse starts making good on customer service and paying for their mistakes.

That’s the point. Why should we HAVE to settle for ‘you paid something, you didn’t get it, you get ignored by the company’. That doesn’t fly in a face-to-face setting, a manager rushes out to ensure the customer is compensated for their error. But online, they can simply not bother to answer, keep collecting money, and new people wander in to give the game a try having no idea they may not receive what they pay for.

Thanks for your pointless trolling. I can see how someone who doesn’t have any money to spend on the game might not see the issue, but in the real world, when you spend money on something, and you don’t get what you pay for, there should be some recompense for it. For example, if you paid to have a nice dinner, top of the line steak, etc…. and the restaurant takes your deposit and has to close without giving you the dinner, that’s unfortunate. But instead of refunding your money, they give you the same 50-cents-off coupon that they are handing out to people walking by the store who don’t even buy anything!

I really don’t understand how GAMEFUSE doesn’t understand… if little Timmy tries the game, spends no money, joins no guild, doesn’t like it, and moves on.. how is giving him the same token apology fair to the person who DOES spend money on the game, joins the guild, plays in Showdown, participates daily, and so on. It’s absurd, terrible way to run a business.

That’s why since the idea of a strike went up, I haven’t spent a dime on Mythos. VIP10 but no more, not until they start acting like a professional business and treat their customers with some decency.

More lies. Spend time getting points, you get no angels. At least points from Lair gives you ACTUAL dragon cards.

The only thing I’ve seen that’s a legitimate representation lately is that they are short-staffed on fixing problems. The one thing that’s honest about Rise of Mythos…

“Legendary = Normal” for Kings Packs, but I pulled 15-20 packs and only ever got 1 leg cards, that’s not ‘normal’ at all – just another example.

Time to move on to something else, new players.

Heck, they still haven’t fixed Kailef, er Meowlovitch’s tickets. He sent in one over the Showdown incident, and one about 7 of his Tempest Packs opening… like he’d want 7 unicorns all expiring. Considering how many thousands of dollars he’s put into this game, if they won’t support a massive customer like that, it’s safe to say they won’t be bothered with the guy who drops $20 on this card and has an issue later.

I don’t think it’s that they don’t care, necessarily… I think they just don’t have the staff to deal with the issues created, and a lot more people will be quitting over this, no matter how many ‘nifty’ new cards they try to ply us with.

Oh well, this game was fun while it lasted… It’s an outstandingly good game engine and a very enjoyable system, but it’s poorly managed… and in my opinion, not worth anyone’s money any more.

Most likely, those ‘on strike’ will stop showing up to NOT play, and just do something else. While this card would be amusing in my human-centric deck, I’m not spending any more money on this game, VIP10 was more than enough.

So those on strike probably still exist, just in some other game…

I love how they ignore the stuff they screw up, give out some minor ‘sorry’ pack that pales in comparison to top-tier guild donations, and then quickly put out the PvP reward cards they promised MONTHS ago and never got around to doing.

Yeah, the strike’s still on from me, these guys have had enough of my money with inept follow-through on their blunders.
