It could be heal all 5, it’s use is for that situation when you know that in the next turn your cards will be destroyed and the game will be all but lost, but if they can survive just 1 more they’d turn it around and hold their own. Although choosing a manual single target would be great, I’m afraid that might be to much of a change from what currently exist for them to do.

I agree that the effects should be more then strike all 1 but the reason i posted that was just to show how they would work and that they could be something situational which is why I think heal all 10 would be a more useful one and you could save it for when you have a unit about to die to keep it alive long enough for other cards to activate. Basically these should be cards that don’t work well with random and only help if you manually save them for the right time.

I had an idea for a new card type- Magic Cards

Basically they would just activate a skill instantly and then self destruct.

for example:

strike all 1
jam
rally 2
heal all 2

Topic: Tyrant Unleashed: General / [TO DEVS] Weekly Quests

Back when you made the switch to daily quests and got rid of Artifacts, you said that you were going to also add more difficult quests that would be for the week that would award cards instead of SP since that’s what we were losing from the Artifacts. I’m curious if that’s still the plan or have you completely given up on that?

You’re right, it wouldn’t COMPLETELY eliminate botting, but it would severely limit it’s usefulness. A human should be able to click almost as quickly as a bot but a human could use that fraction of a second while rapidly clicking to at least make a semi-inteligent choice between the 3 cards. This makes the HUMAN have a better chance of winning. But the Bot would have been slowed down while still choosing cards COMPLETELY random.

Botting is a big problem in Guild Wars and I believe that if you completely remove the ‘Auto’ button from the battles it would do A LOT to stop them. It would ensure a more human element to GWs. Auto is fine during the week, but should NOT be a part of Guild Wars. It should be all about coordination and a players individual ability to play fast.

Another possibility could be if they remove the auto battle from GW.

Removing the auto battle option from GW is a new idea and the best one yet. Auto battling in GW is basically a non human option regardless of whether or not a bot does it and removing it would completely make it human dependent. Auto is fine for the dump you do every hour for gold through the week. But it shouldn’t be used in Guild Wars which are supposed to be a challenge of coordination and player skills for guilds.

My DR attacked a tartarus graft who had counter but was already at 0 HP because of earlier units which had used strike on it. My DR still took the counter damage even though the unit was already dead.

I’m sorry, this is just funny. I gotta laugh when I hear people saying this is gonna be better for the bots. This is going to screw them. Guilds with players who can get on once every 10-12 hours and manually dump are going to do WAY better then any bot guild.

You sleep for 8 and work for 8 before hitting overtime and even then you probably won’t go to 12. And on the off chance you did, you can dump during your lunch break or bathroom/smoke break. Point is if you’re willing to do it, you’ll find the time. This event is something to look forward to, cause it’s the first war where bots WON"T be a factor.

I love this new alternative to GW. I was thinking something they could do for the match making since they should know how many guilds exist and because of 6 hr wars was to auto start for all at beginning and make sure no 2 guilds face each other more then once during the entire thing. Then they could have as many wars as there are guilds so we each face each guild once. This would completely eliminate the random luck factor of MM and give us a TRUE result as to strongest guild at the end.

Topic: Technical Support / Missing Kongpanion

I actually have the same problem, I already had ALL kongpanions but 1 of them wasn’t SHINY because I wasn’t able to log in a couple of the days. I did the Kongpanion quest but I can’t choose an unearned Kongpanion cause I already had them all. The only thing I care about is making that single lone kongpanion shiny. I’m OCD and it has been bugging me ever since, so if you could do this I would sincerely appreciate it.

Caroline is the one who’s not shiny.

Every time this happens there is 2 plugin containers under the processes tab in task manager. If I close one it allows me to continue without having to refresh the whole page.

The moment that the war is over, those numbers are gone. It currently takes 1 line to say, “You beat random guild.” Just change that to “You beat random guild, 6448-6358.”

ftp players are needed. You can think of them like background actors in a movie. Yes, they aren’t the stars and don’t have any speaking lines, but you still need them back there miming in the background adding to the scene. A long time back hollywood thought they didn’t need background but were quickly proven wrong when the background union went on strike. It lead to a pay increase to where background made almost as much as day players who have lines.
