This is gonna seem like an odd request, but I’d like to be able to scroll both guild’s player points list together by clicking in the middle between them or something. The reason is so that by scrolling down with both starting with the first name I could compare participation between us.

Topic: Tyrant Unleashed: General / Don't salvage old quads

I’ve been hearing a lot about cards to salvage cause they’re out of meta but I argue you should hold onto them just in case. When you move onto a new deck type keep your old deck even if cards fall out of meta and seem useless. If you decide in the future to go back to that deck type because of a new reward card or fusion you’ll be happy you still have them and don’t have to make an ENTIRE new deck before the new reward/fusion becomes useful. The exception to this is when you get new cards to replace old for same deck type, then feel free to salvage cause you can still make deck type.

already know but this thing would have been good if this guy didn’t start acting like an idiot

a single person can’t handle this stuff, there are different thoughts about cards so a confrontation between more expert players would help better

Personally I liked the tier list. I felt it was made by the community and not just him cause there would be a discussion about which tier to put new cards in the tier thread everytime new fusions came out. The flame war was stupid and so many accusations thrown around that i don’t really know who i’d point my finger at.

when this happens you need to refresh the entire page, not just hit the ‘OK’ button. Then it will continue/start the raid battle. You can also still do this after hitting the ‘OK’ button if you haven’t started any other battle.

Also something I wanted to add which I think would help with the situation with bots is to make the RP points won per battle simply pass/fail. This means that every win gets you 1 point and every loss loses 1. This will make winning and not losing each individual battle more important and make a bot that just autos everything far less effective.

This should only be available to players who are already lv20. It uses “RP-ranking points”, not BR. You can both gain/lose RP depending on whether you win or lose. You should have there be an option for “ranked play” or not so that your ranking is not affected when you’re just doing quests. Your gold gained will be affected by your current rank but it will change as other people also play and gain ranks.

At the end of the month you wipe the slate clean and we all go back to having 0 RP. You could also give out prizes in the form of cards or SP to the higher ranking players that month when you reset our RP.

To remove the benefit of playing immediately after reset so you can spend some time at the top of the rankings for larger gold bonus you can not have the gold bonus apply for 1 day after reset happens.

Also I’d like feedback from anyone in the community on how you like my idea for doing it so please comment.

Leaves it open for abuse. Follow the reasoning here;

1. Collect reward/start quests first day. Finish them on time.
2. Delay collection of Daily reward, allow quests to reset. Complete them all or as many as possible quickly. 1-2 hours, let’s say.
3. Collect daily reward. Under proposed method, quests reset. System abused.
4. Repeat next day.

Lather, rinse, repeat each day. There would have to be a ticker in place that says if you allowed quests to refresh, collecting reward doesn’t trigger them as well. Too much work for devs, AM I RIGHT?

You’re right and that’s why I think what makes the most sense is to just have quests/rewards reset at the same time every day regardless of when you collected them. It would be simpler and also result in less variables for the game to keep track of.

your math is off, it’s got the first column only using 18.3 hrs a day and the 2nd column with new system using 21.75 hrs a day. THAT’S the reason that you only needed 2.53 gold to make it even. For it to be equal to what it currently is assuming you use ALL energy available it needs to be 3×.

I was thinking that given that it takes at least a month to finish, it would make sense to just make it repeatable. If you like you can change it up a bit to make it a little different each time but either way it takes at least a month each time due to requirements from events.

I was thinking that in addition to using them to upgrade commanders, you could allow us to use them on quads to make them into ‘Octos’. The octo level would not be a new level with upgrades which cost SP. It would function just like the new upgrades for commanders which would only have a single level. Just a small boost that would not be OP by any measure.

My brawl didn’t freeze but my wifi device died and had to reconnect.it also continued the match hehe

the trick to making sure it continues the battle is to refresh the entire page when i disconnects and not just hit the reconnect button that appears cause it will just take you back to the menu.

I was about to reply to you yesterday but forum ate my post then I got lazy lol

Mm will never be perfect,and even wl ratios mean sometimes someone with a 75% winrate still gets box card opponents who has no time one weekend and had to auto everything

But basing it on wl is a good start

Though missing attacks can now cripple you,since people used to miss ATTACKS and get easy matchups to compensate.that won’t be true anymore for a wl ratio system

Missing attacks is a problem, but I don’t think that mm should be used to compensate. I consider them 2 separate issues and when you mix them things get complicated. The solution for missing energy is to have us start with energy bars which aren’t full or to have it not recharge for anyone during the first few hours of brawl for whatever length of time gives everyone a fair chance to start on time.

The solution is simple, all they have to do is make mm based on your W/L rate, this would take sandbagging out of the picture and make it purely based on how well you did. There is no downside to using this method as it doesn’t HURT anyone. It makes things equal for all regardless of how you use your energy. If you wanna sandbag, do it, it just won’t help, but won’t hurt either.

If anyone can think of ANY downside to doing this I’d love to hear.

I don’t know what the devs did to mm to help with sandbagging but i’m hoping it’s make it based on your win/loss ratio cause that’s the simplest way that eliminates any sandbagging advantage and I can think of no downside to whatsoever.

I currently have 3 decks and I’d like it if i could add a name to each of my deck slots so i can remember what each one is being used for. I know that may sound insignificant but it would be convenient to at a glance remember which i made to grind boss and which is for quests. It would only need to be something visible when choosing a deck, even if it’s only the one currently picked.

Love the changes, wars will be fair and not about bot guilds sniping, in fact bots will be at a disadvantage cause they auto. Also the strategy for a guild will be around WHAT to attack. You can go for core/more points or structures/make easier for guildmates. That strategy will play HUGE in these wars and make the difference in a lot of them.

I had an idea for a new card which i think would be useful.

Target Dummy/Cannon Fodder- 40HP, 0 CD, 1 atk, no abilities

Basically the purpose for the card would be to throw it out when you have cards with long cool downs which are about to activate. This card would be put out for the sole reason of hoping that any jams that might be used on your slow cards (AKA. Shock Disruptor) get used on it instead. It just needs to have high HP and 0 CD, the rest doesn’t matter and should be meaningless.
