Bugs:
After pick and open packs, I got so many good cards, after I built a 25 cards deck quickly, there are still some good cards which have at least Look Up!(3/3) power in my card pool.
So I didn’t press “Ready” and thought which is better fit my deck.
when I was thinking, the draft began suddenly and I have a random deck in hand with some crap cards like Structural Damage(3/0) in deck.
Doubtlessly, I lost all with a random deck.
You can check my cards and my deck, you would know how the system picked the worst cards into my deck.
I don’t like this result that lost by a auto deck.
Can you take back All I got from this draft and refund my draft packs?

Maybe the Draft ID is 59801, so busy today I have time to write the bug report until now, maybe get the wrong memory.

Keep refreshing browser. Got into draft after about 1 minute.
When I came back, I had already lost 3 picks, system random pick cards for me.

In the second round battle, at the beginning of the fight, the game become super lag, I can talk with my opponent, but I can’t play cards.
After interface freeze for a long time, when the interface begin moving, just auto played 2 cards and show I lost this turn, click continue then show I lost next turn.
So, I just auto lost and got my 2nd rank.
I don’t like this result for my auto lost, even of I got 2nd rank.
Can you take back All I got from this draft and refund my draft packs?

So, I just auto lost and goto second round battle.
In the second round battle, It seems my opponent encounter the same problem like me, after a long time waiting in his turn, he just conceded 2 times to me and I auto got 3nd place.
I don’t like this auto result.

Refresh browser. After game loaded, I had already lost my first pick, system random pick a card for me, and it’s a 1/1 common card! Don’t know which good card I missed.
And remain 1 second to pick my second card.
With the bad beginning, I got the 4th position in this draft.
Can you take back All I got from this draft and refund my draft packs?

Advice:
Random pick should always pick the right most card when player is idle.
If player get the cards they want or get the 1st place in draft, they would not complain the bugs, I believe this would greatly reduce your work.

It seems your server have some connection issue in January 1 4:00GMT – 5:00GMT.
So my 3 consecutive drafts encounter the same connection trouble.
I think the time for connection time out you set is too long, reduce it, maybe it’s a solutoin for connection issues.
Sorry for my long delay to report these draft issues. I am too busy this week. And I’m really sorry to make you a little busier.

I should get 1st in this draft, because I got On the Bubble in this draft.
It’s so bad when you got the good card in draft but lost connection.

Obviously I got the 4th position with the crap auto deck.

Please check the data of this draft, all my cards is auto picked. Nobody will do like this!

It seems the reset time is 23 hours, so you need one day two login to guarantee keeping the login streak.

I think It would be better to extend the reset time to 48 hours or more, or maybe many players will lose their login streak on week end.

I think realizing resuming in Kong is not a problem, because tyrant had done it. And edgebee has the code for resuming. Maybe it just has a little bug needed to be fixed.

Oracol, thanks for your mention, I just a little lazy :)

Lamatiel: I think maybe they encounter some bug, resuming battle will repeat the bug loop.
In tyrant, their strategy is if some progress had resumed twice, they will reset it next time.
About the battle speed, I also had set the quality to lowest, it speeds up very slightly.

1.5x XP, I think also 1.5x gems is resonable :)

About the bug I posted, it’s strange it never happened in kurtey swarm with the same condition.

I think maybe the developer should provide the funtion of resuming the battle like tyrant, for somebody encountering bugs or accidentally power off, disconnect, etc.
I often hanged in wave 7, it’s very frastrating when you did 30+ kills, the game lost responding.

The bug had happened to me many times for now, from I begin doing the mushrhums swarm.
when the 30 hp mushrhum equiped the 30 magic attack weapon and died by reflect, the game will hang. even if another monster also live in the battle field.
I think others didn’t encounter the bug perhaps they use oak, ebony staff or Staff of Power but I use ring of mages.

I already set the speed to 3.25x, but it still feel slow. Hope add more speed option, maybe 8x ?

about the Reward, I know that, just a little better, compare to 35 killed vs 5 killed…

And the reward from swarm is too low, killed 35 monsters, and got the reward almost equal killing 5 monsters in the campaign mission.

In the mushrhums swarm, when opponent puts a monster with 30 magic attack, the reflect kill it and no other monsters in battle field, the game will hang in the battle screen.
I had encountered it twice.

And, can developer raise the game speed more? swarms comsume too more time to kill 35 monster in a row.
