Just a quick reminder. When you want to upgrade something you must state which material you wish to use.

Eric was pretty much the first one to get this upgrade. So if you remember his behavior you can conclude that everyone has temp ice powers coming from their tool and skill upgrade(better at what they do)

You upgrade everybody who can be upgraded. You’ll need a new version of promotionizer if you want a higher rank for anyone.

You also put your four new villagers on your island. They don’t have a proffesion so they don’t get upgraded.

Because of your very unspecific thinking, you randomly choose a worthless slave to do your bidding. The shrine has been upgraded, but this is not where you buy upgrades with your Gold coins, silly! You do it at the the upgrade screen!

Looks like there is are two more boxes of gold, a box of steel and two boxes of glass. You also keep the boxes themselves, for wood.
