Thanks for your response GFFG, and sorry, I must’ve overlooked your post then, my apologies.
And to be quite frank, you do suggest to send in a ticket to R2 concerning the compensation, and you are right this should be the correct course to follow. But to what use is it? I have currently 2 tickets open, and no response apart from the automated messages… This is also the reason why I vent here in the forums, because in my honest opinion, sending a ticket to R2 is same as talking to the wall.

What I can tell you, is they are in the server again trying to fix it. Just like yesterday.

I can, and I am very sure everyone else can, log ANY server EXCEPT for server3. THIS IS NOT RELATED TO OUR OWN NETWORK.
Let them perform EMERGENCY MAINT, and PULL THE WHOLE FCKING SERVER DOWN! this is unfair!!! we are losing events/rewards/wb/bg etc etc, while a select few is able to play!

They take your money, and find the cheapest employees they can find just to keep the game running, to ensure maximum profits.
Having a night shift crew, or weekend crew costs too much money for their max profit plan, so they don’t work outside office hours.

Just look at the general answers of the support team.

I regret VERY HARD, that since the game was updated, I have spent 30k balen.
What did I get in return for those 30k balen? A SLAP IN THE FACE!
First off they bring this unanounced spend event, AFTER i had spent 30k balen…
Secondly during the upgrade my star point got reduced from 70k to 7k… still waiting for R2 support on this…
Thirdly the BG bugs of the last days making it IMPOSSIBLE to complete the class advancement quests…
And last but not least, the log on problems lasting for over 2days now.

I must say, R2 THANK YOU FOR OPENING MY EYES. You lose one of the big cashcows of ser3.
I expect a HUGE compensation, and as part of that compensation I want my balens back, I do NOT pay for NO SERVICE AT ALL.

Kadri, stating that you miss out on 5m from WB is an UNDERSTATEMENT.
I’m very sure that ppl who hardly got 500k from a full WB are now getting 5M gold from WB.
So in your case, i would rather say you lack 10m gold….

To R2, when are you guys going to WAKE UP, and pull an emergency maintenance.
How ridiculous is this? You create a spend event, AND GETTING HUGE AMOUNTS OF BALENS FROM US, and we get in return a server that DOES NOT WORK!!! FIX IT, or lose your cashcows, myself included!

It was included, It is an event that occurs once a month over a period of 3 days. It’s supposed to start the 27th of this month.
