It’s called “Acid burn” for a reason. Acid doesn’t poison you (Unless consumed).

Why is everyone saying “o no sigil iz horble cuz u heal 1/4 off teh dazmage”? You would heal those 4 points back regardless of whether the opponent had Sigil or Caltrops or whatever.
