In Game costs and Gem costs to lead to a "Broken Game"
Puri may be relentlessly trolling you, but he actually isn’t a pay2win player. In fact, he just got back from a month-long break a couple of days ago. Just saying. :P
I agree that a lower price point would be better for everyone – including the devs – but at this point, I just don’t think it’s going to happen.

It will stack, but they each reduce the cost by 1 for a total of 2 (to a minimum of 1).

I don’t know what game you’re talking about with ships, but power creep is a terrible thing that needs to be kept in check. Right now there are few decent healing cards in Holy, but as more cards are added it stands to reason some of them will be playable.
Regen was my entire reasoning for the seraph not growing on creature heals. In its current state, it would be insane. Suddenly Might of the Holy, which is already solid, is giving her +3 attack every turn! Also, you really can’t compare Healing Salve and Lightning Bolt. Lightning Bolt was eventually deemed too powerful to continue printing, Healing Salve was not. It would be more fair to compare Healing Salve and Shock (one mana for 2 damage).
I’m not trying to argue that Seraph Warrior doesn’t need a little more love to be playable – especially when you consider how powerful Akatril’s angels are in conjunction with her buff ability – but it’s easy to swing things too far in the other direction.

It’d be ridiculous if she gained attack on creature heal – that would trigger on regen and spiral completely out of control. I misread the ability as gaining attack equal to the health gained (although that would also be absolutely bonkers with Harvest and Scatter the Ashes), but she’s still potentially very powerful. I’m sure Holy will have more and better healing capabilities as more expansions are released.
I think she could probably do with some armor to spruce her up a bit, though.

I think he meant Fae’s Charm works if you use Torment first so it’s an undead creature, not an ancient one
Did they fix that? I know the kingdom is supposed to update correctly now, but I was under the impression that it kept its old kingdom as well.

Much like the option to defend and not attack, you should be able to choose not to block with your creatures, this way flying and unblockable aren’t such a negligible benefit.
Weaken would be way too powerful at 1 cost – the wording isn’t entirely accurate, as I’m 99% positive that it hits all enemy creatures, not just one.

I think Harness Lightning should still give creatures haste, just as a charge ability rather than a random proc. I like your idea for Harness Fire, though. It would have a bit of synergy with Elemental Outburst, giving you more incentive to pitch some cards rather than take the hit.

Where to spend the last 40-45 Gems
You are aware that you can get more gems, correct? Daily chest, daily progression bonus, achievements…
That said, the energy upgrades ARE pretty great. Common and uncommon singles aren’t worth it, imo.

There’s a lot that I could say, but I’ll let Mark Rosewater, veteran designer for Magic: the Gathering, do it for me:

The tl;dr version here is that some randomness is good – and, of course – inevitable, but you have to be tremendously careful with it. The best approach is for all outcomes to be beneficial. For example (and in case you didn’t read it, this is straight from the article), consider these two scenarios:
1) You flip a coin. If it’s heads, I give you $15. If it’s tails, I give you $5.
2) You flip a coin. If it’s heads, I give you $5. If it’s tails, you give me $5.
Either way, the difference is $10, but in scenario 1, you aren’t going to get screwed over no matter what happens. Unfortunately, random abilities in Kingdoms tend to lead to disaster where there should be none.

Energy. A rework, chat and reasoning.
I’m guessing that dev income from energy restores is actually 0. It’s more likely, I think, that free gems are spent on them, whereas gems purchased with kreds are immediately going to go into packs/bundles.
It’s an interesting idea, but I’m not sure there’s really an issue here. I agree there needs to be a catch-up feature, but isn’t that sort of the point of the tiered arena system?

Long Sword’s damage is done at the beginning of the owner’s turn – I use it all the time.
There appears to be a new bug with moving creatures now. If they’re already slowed and you move them, they gain an additional slow counter. I assume this has to do with the haste fix.

Jorma’s “Hastey Victory” quest is not unlocking. Not only did it not unlock in campaign, but when I started playing arena, it said that it unlocked after a win that took more than three turns, but it actually didn’t. Also, it’s misspelled – it should read “Hasty.” :P
