KIXEYE is a big company with millions of dollars. If some player on a website that doesn’t know what he’s doing (hint: that’s you) tries to forcibly make them stop, at a minimum they’d give you a good laugh. However, if you’d be a real annoyance for them, which I doubt, they’d just get a lawsuit against you and wash you off the plate, probably w/ taking away all your money, to the point you’ll have to beg for food for 5 years.

sounds like some people are seriously butthurt. The simple answer is if you are not prepared to do the time then don’t commit the crime. People in TE have been stealing from Snail for years and cheating other players out of a level playing field. It’s about time they got their commupance.

Infinitehunter, I wanted to share an experience with you of my dealings with KIXEYE support about a technical issue I have. After reporting the issue, below is an email conversation. That was the most rude display of voting I’ve ever seen. I can understand if some of you know him outside of the forums, but you can’t gather arrogance from his first post here, which seems to be what most of you judged him off of. How can you base an entrance vote off of two posts?

Kalashnikov was simply updating the votes for/against him as a tally so I wouldn’t have to count them, but I don’t really care about that. If dragonfist is viewed negatively by the majority of my members then I will, of course, reject him and ask him to apply again later. If I didn’t I doubt anyone would bother to give feedback if I had full reign of who gets in regardless of negative votes.

Also, he’s been doing this for more than just this person. I’ve seen him tally votes for positive feedback on a player also, however I agree that the second EDIT post was actually vaguely rude, I don’t see any harm in the rest of his response.

Spyder, I already know your opinion of Kalashnikov is negative and I’m assuming that is what fueled this negative response, to my members and me as there leader, but I assure you he didn’t have any negative intentions in that post. I’ve talked to him at length about his attitude he displays in the chat and forums, and he seems to be working hard to improve. I believe most of the negativity you see in his posts is from a lack of maturity on his part (He is young, not our age) and also an already existing dislike of him personally.

The voting will stay in this forums. I like the fact that the person applying can read the comments, even though in this instance it is negativity against the persons personality and how he expressed himself to the BYM public, I still think it can be constructive to the applicant as long as there is reasoning and comments are made to the person.

I believe I already addressed the situation with that previous post, and that reasoning should be included, as I’ve already said in that first post. You’re post was just rehashing it and I don’t see any reason to blow it out of proportion.
