Metroid Prime I and II were for the Gamecube, III is the Wii, and with that trilogy disk, you get I, II, and III all on the Wii. The GBA one is Fusion , and there are also metroid games for the GB is Return of Samus (Metroid 2) Super Metroid is for the SNES. Lastly we have the origional Metroid, for the NES. IN Metroid Prime I, if you plug in a GBA with Fusion, you can play Origional Metroid on the GC. That should clear things up.
