I liked the game of a name. I almost necro’d it when I found out that it was rot 13 (before I read your post).

Sure, that makes sense, myhome. I am personally in favor of having a specific time slot fixed for any continuous game that is sufficiently challenging to make it possible to earn wins from it.

I haven’t got any say on the Updates and Announcements thread, since Mystery started that topic. The reason, IMO, why the thread isn’t used is because its functions have been effectively taken up by the General Thread and Choose My Next Game! thread. Since it has been substituted by two other thread mentioned in the OP, I will hereby remove it until it regains popularity and maintains itself on the first page for a considerable amount of time (unlikely, but possible).

Blobvolution and Discovery Earth have not been inactive for 2 months. The Board Games Online Masterthread HAS been inactive for 2 months, but since it is technically not a game, and I don’t see any other thread taking up its functions, it will also stay (in the similar fashion as setting threads and the threads in the General Information post).

The Food Game and Save the Fort have been removed. A huge thanks for the report!

ATTENTION ALL FGFers

This thread is slow because none of the editors do anything. We appointed these editors a couple of years ago and we were great then, as we were all extremely active. However, times have changed and this thread seems to be forgotten. That is why I propose we renew the editors and let new, more active members take the place of some editors who haven’t edited in months or even a year.

Jaskaran has messaged this account and proposed to be an editor and I for one think it would be nice to have a more active member contribute to this thread. However, I know many other people are interested too so I am suggesting we have a vote for new editors. Everyone send in their applications and we’ll hold an in-thread vote of who should be appointed, as this place is a democracy after all.

Is everyone happy with this? I think it is necessary for this thread to survive.
