Topic: Anti-Idle: The Game / Anti-Best Accomplishment of the day-Ninth "Winner" Announced: gordond. (Now on page 76, because the true fail is how little code a post can take before breaking.)

Looks like it’ll be stuck there for the next six months. No way in hell I’m gonna actually work on racer, card player, arcade player, or button masher without at least a full stack of MCPs.

No way.

Which careers? In Apoc you can only max Fighter and Item Maker because that’s in BA… I still don’t know what this has to do with these random numbers…

all careers and all the medium perks

But what do you mean apoc? That is a mode in BA… You can only max Fighter and Item Maker in BA, also Idler and Gardener but they can be done pretty much everywhere, I still don’t know wtf are you guys talking about, I’m legitimately confused right now…

You have to do an HCApoc Garden run and make sure your LolMarket profit is over 100 million, otherwise you’ll get the -10 instead of the 10.

The 2% perm perk doesn’t apply to the 8 OR the 10 anymore, the only time you should ever sell the 10 for the 8 is when you’re going for the S rank on the quest.

Enhancing 8 only gives you a marginal gain over enhancing 10.

Also, using seed 52 and the 10 is WAY better for YC than with the 8.

The 8 doesn’t have the advantage of being divisible by 5, though. So you actually lose out on a lot if you keep it instead of the 10.

It’s not worth it.

Finally finished remaking my G5/GS with the new CoR/CoUR system.

I think it turned out pretty decent, myself.

Topic: Anti-Idle: The Game / Fusion Confusion....

Originally posted by Stereotomy:

That’s not how it works, don’t change the levels in those boxes. If you put in a weapon with 1000 attack, level 1/20 then it will assume that it has 1000 attack at level 1. If you put in 1000 attack, level 20/20, it’ll assume it has 1000 attack at level 20. You can see this more clearly if you remove the secondary item and look at the final stats for just a primary item.

If you want to see a comparison for fusing at different levels, use the buttons at the bottom.

Oh… thanks for clearing that up.

Topic: Anti-Idle: The Game / Fusion Confusion....

So I was messing around with the fusion simulator this morning and found something that confuses me.

Stats for finalized, fully leveled G5/GS fuse without leveling either weapons and assuming +10 on G5, +9 on GS:

Rank: 203

Bonus Tier: 21

Attack: 2786 to 2838

Speed: 21

Defense: 471

Crit. Chance: 75%

Accuracy: 64%

HP Regen: 1175%

Stats for finalized, fully leveled G5/GS fuse with leveling both weapons (G5 to 20, GS to 19) and assuming +10 G5. +9 GS:

Rank: 203

Bonus Tier: 21

Attack: 2699 to 2709

Speed: 21

Defense: 449

Crit. Chance: 71%

Accuracy: 57%

HP Regen: 1050%

Apparently, leveling the weapons after fusion gives better stats than leveling them each separately before fusion.

When did this happen? Is it because of the new crystal system in crafting? Am I just an idiot?

Somebody please ’splain.

Topic: Kongregate Multiplayer Games / [Monsters' Den Chronicles] Lost my premium content...

A while I ago I bought the premium content, though I stopped playing shortly after for whatever reason. When I came back today, months later, the game shows that I apparently no longer have the premium content.

I tried reloading the game, logging out and back and then reloading, and just for the hell of it, I tried clicking on the premium content purchase link to see what would happen (nothing, it just went to the main menu and still says that I haven’t bought the PC).

Anybody have any ideas?

Topic: Anti-Idle: The Game / Submit artwork for the game here!

Not sure if posting things here is still okay, but here goes…

I call it the Zerker Axe:

And here’s the blown up version:

Given the popularity of the Berserker armor as a mid-game armor set, I figured it might be cool for it to have a sort of “companion” weapon.

I was playing Rome: Total War the other day, so the idea behind this axe is loosely based on one of the units in the game. The idea I had was that the Berserker Axe, when equipped with a full set of Berserker armor, would give the player a significant damage and damage resist boost BUT it would take away the ability to manually use any skills or potions. Couple that with a slow attack speed (it is a big ol’ axe after all) and I imagine that it would make for a decent yet not overpowered (hopefully) companion weapon for the Berserker set.

Are you serious, or is that just over the top sarcasm? What you wrote is just no-brainer stuff that take 10 minutes to find out yourself, and it’s missing all the information you would need a guide for. I doubt anybody would ever learn anything new from reading it.

Topic: Anti-Idle: The Game / Eggsnham's Button Machine Guide!

For humorless individuals who are unable to recognize a joke; this is a joke.

I was looking around on the User Made Guides/Helpful Threads thread and saw that there wasn’t a single guide for the button machine; I’ve decided to rectify that.

Part I: Buying your button!

Choosing a button that fits your needs and personal style can be a long, challenging process. Thankfully, A: TG only has one button available for purchase, narrowing down the search considerably!

Part II: Using your button!

The button machine may be intimidating to first-time users. “What are purple buttons?” and “why is the button all sideways an- HOLY SHIT, IT MOVES?!” are both common reactions from first-time users of the button machine. I’m here to tell you that you needn’t fear the button; instead, you should embrace it!

To use your button, simply hover your mouse over the button, as near to the center of it as you can manage, and left click.

PROTIP: All the cool kids hover their mouse over the button and hold shift instead of left clicking.

If done correctly, the button will move slightly to the right and judge the accuracy of your click, after several more clicks, the button will reach the edge of the gray slider containing it, and begin moving slightly to the left.

The accuracy ratings for button clicks are as follows:

Miss – You’ve failed to click the button, you’re a disgrace and you dishonor your family.

Hit – You’ve successfully managed to click the button, but you still bring your family great dishonor.

Good – You’ve successfully managed to click the button without embarrassing yourself.

Nice – You clicked the button and are fairly comfortable with the concept.

Great – You are an adept clicker of buttons.

Excellent – You’re very good at clicking buttons! Achieving this will net you the usual rewards and 1 blue coin.

Perfect – You’re a button clicking master (or you just got lucky)! Getting a perfect click will get you the usual rewards, 3 blue coins, and 1 purple button.

Part III: Maintaining your button!

Repeat the clicking process ad nauseam and eventually the button will break — do not fear! Though the urge to burst into tears at this shocking turn of events will likely be great, you need not do that, for you can repair your beloved button!

After your button breaks (or after your button’s slider turns red; for those seeking a high combo), you should direct your mouse cursor to the “repair” button and click it. Doing so will repair your button and subtract a nominal fee for services rendered (in the form of yellow coins) from your treasury. If you’re trying to achieve a high combo (dat 10,000 combo achievement), then you’d best be quick about repairing your button, lest your combo disappear. If not, then you’ve got nothing to worry about.

Part IV: What about purple buttons?

If you’ve been reading this guide, then you should already know that achieving a perfect click will reward you with a single purple button. You can use these purple buttons to buy things in the button machine’s store (don’t do this), or save them for later and feed them to your pet when you get one (do this).

1 You could also just never use them for anything and brag about it in A: TG chat, but nobody will care and most people will probably just mute you.

That just about covers everything, may the incredible complexity and depth of the button machine never confuse or terrify you again!

1 With a little practice, you’ll be bragging about your button clicking prowess to your friends for years to come! Please don’t though, we’ll probably just mute you.
