Restricted Member
This is a demotive rank that can only be achieved when a member does not follow the guidelines/rules or is inactive for an interval of at least a month. This roll can be removed if a member would show that he/she is mature enough to follow the guidelines/rules, or is active for a consecutive strain of four days after being inactive for 3+ months.

Member
The basic standpoint of a new recruit. This rank is achieved simply by applying and getting accepted. You can go up or down depending on your decisions with the crew. To rank up you must show that you are mature and have a flamboyent skillset via large world (featuring art, minis, coaster, rpg or anything else).

Moderator
A step up from the standard member. These members have proven that they can handle themselves like mature people and put a positive impression on the crew. Moderators have an average ability to create a world with vibrant colouring and possess a standard mini/jump/rpg/boss/coaster comprehension and can create one of such with smooth and easing colors. To rank up, they must show that they can mentor a younger member of the crew, and have the maturity to take another crew member “under their wing”. Moderators do have the power to report another member breaking the guidelines/rules or being inactive to the administration via PM, but cannot individually ban another member from crew activities. They cannot recruit members individually, but they can introduce a newer member to the crew as a referral.

Trainer
These people are seriously committed to the crew, as they have been a referral multiple times, and have shown great responsibility out in chat/other forums. They’ve proven that they can sufficiently teach another EE player up to the standard levels of everything. Trainers aren’t considered administrators, but they can individually temporarily ban another member for breaking the crew guidelines/rules (only up to a one week ban). They have the power to recruit other members, not just as referrals.

Administrators
Administrators partially own the crew, and have a say in everything. They have all of the perks in the clan: recruiting, permanently banning a member, promoting, demoting, and everything else. However, this is a democratic administration, so no one has the final say until a majority vote is decided. Administrators can arrange a meeting, but they aren’t required.

What is EFF?

Well, EFF stands for EE for the Future. Our administrators and moderators are working around the clock to help the newcomers and people who aren’t so talented advance in their skills. EE Players are all leaving just for the same (almost, figuratively) reason people die. People have to let go of this game eventually, you can’t play it forever. Newer generations are going to come, and some will be smart. Others won’t, but there are assholes in society, and there are assholes in-game. We just have to live with it.

I honestly am starting to get more and more active with EE after my reign of terror passed (CE, Fire, and RPG Crew), and I’m thinking of starting a new crew just to help newer people before my time comes.

Considering I’ve been in every official RPG clan on EE, you should accept me. Sherwoodungeon owned the first, I owned the second, and I can’t remember who owned the third was, quite honestly.

I used to own the most powerful troll clan on EE, but that was looong ago.

I am considering joining because this crew seems a mess, and could use some cleaning up.

Yes, you could consider me a mature person. Why? Well, my post doesn’t seem to be organized by “trollol im so kuul, i can make a good levl”.

Yes, I used to own a massive RPG (over 29 members) on my Great Saved World (Renegade RPG [v.8.7.9]).

Yes, it is very relaxing (if you aren’t playing with retards).

Oh, and I own two of every world; I’m building an RPG in one of my GSW.

1. I ended that crew months ago. You can’t exactly run a crew when you come on once a week.
2. The worlds are on the crew site.

Now learn how to run a crew, or as a good leader should, end it, or transfer the crew over to someone who’s capable like Terence or Renegade.

Couple thoughts:
1) “Are a dumbass?” XD
2) You’re crew was actually pretty organized, and you put levels up before they were done (back when it first started, of course).
3) Just leave GATM alone, he isn’t doing anything bad right now.

It’s been a month; you should have at least one world done by now.

I think GATM is trying to figure out a way of how to pick out the best worlds. Possibly a rating system, or something of the sort, so we have decent worlds to show.

Quiet honestly, mic wins this round. Gotta is incredibly active, yet he doesn’t do much for the forum, or for the crew. We need someone who can manage the forums frequently and formally.

Ranks

Archangel
The top rank in the Light Side, and the second top rank in the whole crew. The one who makes all the decisions in the Light Side. In other words, the LEADER. There may only be one leader.

Holy Paladin
The second top rank in the Light Side, and the third top rank in the whole crew. The one who can promote Light Souls, demote Light Guardians and temp ban Light Guardians or Souls. Cannot permaban. In other words, the ADMINISTRATORS. There may be 2 administrators, depending on how many people are in the crew.

Light Guardian
Cannot really do anything, though anything a Guardian says you have to do. Exceptions are the higher ranks. They may also recruit. In other words, the MODERATORS. There may be 5 moderators, depending on how many members of the crew there are.

Light Soul
May vote in polls, and is the starter rank. In other words, the RECRUITS. There may be 10 recruits.

I suggest you have a big promotion day. Don’t just promote people on random. Have a day around every month or so that you recap what the members have done throughout that month, and whether it is enough to be promoted. The same can be said for a demotion day.

And maybe have some more members of a higher rank, so you can kind of spark the community. It seems damp and dead with a bunch of souls, and one or two higher ranked players.

BTW, when you’re posting a list (the members list, for example) it looks much nicer using bullets (make by typing “*(Bulleted) _______”)

I don’t know, I just think it’d seem a bit nicer.
