Class Badges or Shared Skills?
As far as skill point use goes, I’d say get your primary badge up to rank 10 first (As a Non-Stop, once you get through the volume 2 issues, Missing Each Other is going to become one of your best cards). Then work on increasing your ally, event, and memento limits, as those cards are generally more useful than normal attacks, and perhaps dupe limits after that. Eventually, for increasing other badge ranks, Non-Stop gets more use out of its sculpting badge than psych or power. Deck size 50 is plenty for where you’re at though, so don’t worry about that for a while.

{NOT Recruiting anymore} The Dragon Knights (TDK)
I have not returned. However, my father plays this game still and is stuck in a world map full of hackers. I have invited him to one of my outposts for sanctuary.
del838269 has my permission to attack and take over any of my outposts. I request that no member of The Dragon Knights attacks him or his outposts, as I have requested that he not attack anyone without provocation.

Why was titanium removed from the megabrawl drop table?
Perhaps because of other people with color collections more like this:

Still, it was a poor design for packs to drop basically everything but purple and orange, then the last mega brawl drop basically only purple and orange.

Different paths to the same conclusion, as far as I can tell. Both have the same story, but you personally fight on a different side for most of the fights depending on the path.

How Many Free Drafts Have You Earned?
Interesting thread concept here. Anyway, I have been keeping track of my drafts:
Total drafts participated in: 66 (198 draft packs)
Draft placement: 21 first, 16 second, 16 third, 13 fourth
Draft packs earned from those placements: 63 from the firsts, 32 from the seconds, and 16 from the thirds
Total “free” drafts earned: 37 (111 draft packs)
So I regain about 60% of my draft packs on average.
More statistics:
Epic cards drafted: 14 across the 66 drafts = about 21% drop chance (7% per pack)
Legendary cards drafted: 3 across the 66 drafts = about 4.5% drop chance (1.5% per pack)
Technically, I have participated in 69 drafts, but 3 of them broke due to various bugs and glitches, so that would be around 4-5% chance of failure. Reports were filed and the draft packs were compensated on those occasions, so I do not count them.

No reset of Halloween issue?
Yes, this is a one-time issue. The reason why there is no reset is because you get a free Pumpkin Bucket for completing it (a 20LC value!)
If you are a very high level though, you can go through again on crisis for a second Pumpkin Bucket, but the enemies are so much stronger on crisis.

I think I will claim the new highest damage with a WC nuke card.
687 damage, done with Nova:

the new expansion packs
I’m fairly certain that the “new expansion packs”, if you’re referring to the new set of cards due to be switched in, will cost exactly the same as the current packs, replacing the “preview 2” packs in the shop.

Question: Old MB Cards
I think it’s safe to assume that the mega brawls themselves will never return.
However, there is a possibility that there will be an alternate method of obtaining the rewards from previous mega brawls in the future, though any specifics there have not yet been released.

From the cog in the lower right corner of the game screen, you can click the box to turn off animations, and decrease the frame rate.
By right-clicking on the game screen, you can click on “settings” and change “local storage” to “unlimited”.
Also, by right-clicking on the game screen, you can change “quality” to “low”.
Refreshing every half hour helps too.

The Clash Draft Badge event was verified to be a one-time event, not stackable with any possible future Draft Badge events: http://www.clashofthedragons.com/forum/showthread.php?15054-Draft-week-and-Draft-Pack-Box-promo-is-it-worthed
However, no such verification has been made here yet, as far as I can tell.

If/when another draft badge promotion arrives, will the draft badges to be gained at that time be stack-able with currently-owned draft badges? I currently have 20, but I would rather save up for an Elite pack over another promotion or two rather than just get the epic+ prestige pack now.

Progress advice?
As a general rule of thumb:
More premium-only epic and legendary cards = good
Less premium-only epic and legendary cards = not good
There are so many cards that creating a list of all owned cards would be impractical.

Regarding WC mechanics imbalance

I have Bathe in Light and other cards like Form Follows Function and Demoralize, but I don’t see how you can get to 50+ WC’s I am sure that it is rare cards I don’t have, but I would appreciate to know what it is I should look out for.
Thanks for helping a young player.
The best way to gain WC early in the game is Bathe in Light for +2 WC while healing two other cards too, as it is easy to obtain 4 of them through forging drops from easy Pyrotechnique brawls. Meditate is another good early WC gaining card for +3 WC, and it is dropped from issue 2 and 3 mission battles. Other cards that just give +1 WC are rarely useful, though Demoralize is good because of its secondary effect, and Form Follows Function and Round Up have good damage and shield stats for early-game.
Mid-game, the best way to gain WC is Seen It All Before, obtainable through forging drops from easy-enough-mid-game Daddy-O Mainframe brawls. This card has the potential to give up to 8 WC at a time, at the cost of the card being very weak when you have few to no cards depleted (as it is a 0/0 card, giving 2 damage and WC for each different card type in your depletion pile). Other good mid-game cards that give WC include Outer Strength (gain 2 WC and recover 2, which doesn’t self-banish like Bathe in Light), Black and White, and Red All Over (+1 WC and opponent depletes a memento for each WC owned), Codename: Sidekick (giving up to 3 WC, and is an ally card), and Recon Mission (add 2 WC if you have 4 or less and shuffle a copy into your deck, or if you have 5 or more WC, next threat you play deals double damage).
End-game, there is no better WC generator than Cold Case. This particular memento has a 50% chance of giving you +1 WC every time an ally (yours or your opponent’s) is depleted. While especially useful in mission battles (so many enemies have ally-filled decks), plenty of PvP decks make use of allies too. As this is a memento, you don’t even have to worry about drawing it. However, forging this card requires inordinate amounts of grinding and luck, as the newspaper clippings needed only drop from volume 1 bosses, and still at a very low drop rate. Some of the other useful End-game WC-generating cards also happen to become more powerful based on WCs owned, such as Help from Above (legendary from the Handhold mega brawl, +1 WC, +1 damage for each WC, always a critical hit), Moxie’s Missiles (legendary, +1 WC, +2 damage for each WC), and Blast Radius (epic, +1 WC, but then remove all WC and deal double damage for turns equal to the number of WC removed).

Forging Paws
First off, yes, those numbers are normal if you have been playing issue 2 repeatedly on normal difficulty. On normal difficulty, the chance to find an orange forge ingredient may be present, but absurdly low. Even on crisis difficulty, the chance to find an orange forge ingredient is still low. However, due to the absurd RNG this game has, you appear more likely to gain orange ingredients when you no longer need them. (I went through issue 2 on crisis so many times before getting my first Bear Knuckle Brawling, and now that I have 4, I seem to find another orange bear paw every run through.)

How do you draft?
I am having difficulty understanding what the problem here is, but it would appear as if there was some kind of glitch.
Drafts have you open 3 draft packs, from which you pick your cards, and 3 glory packs, which are supposed to have the cards skewed somewhat to favor the class you pick. That is 15 cards from the draft packs and 15 cards from the glory packs, for a total of 30 cards to chose from.
The only possibility that comes to mind for you to only have 19 cards to chose from is if you accidently set your deck-building filters to only show some of the cards. For instance, many cards could have appeared to have vanished if, instead of showing all cards, you had all but tactical attacks shown?
Regardless, you should post on this thread too: http://www.kongregate.com/forums/183-legacy-of-heroes/topics/281274-draft-reports-official (be sure to include draft ID)

Finite Damage Limit?

Edit: it’s also possible that the damage number was cropped.
Yes, there actually is a finite damage that can be calculated in a single turn. http://www.clashofthedragons.com/forum/showthread.php?7783-Cycle-Mechanic-Changes
This addition was made to prevent an infinite cycle: Goblin Ambusher causes 2 more cards to be depleted on deplete. If one depleted card is another Goblin Ambusher and the other alternates between Alchemist and Nectar of the Gods, the cycle continues without end, both surviving any amount of damage taken and forcing the cycle itself to continue taking damage (damage dealt from NotG would eventually bring the opponent to defeat).
After 1000 cards depleted, the computer just stops activating on deplete effects, preventing alchemists from healing, so the cycle breaks.

What’s the different with this and the battlemages from the third zone. 500mc in a bit then 1 damage plus 50% damage for every mc.
Yeah i absorb 7 damage! I have 40 card in my deck! Uh….250 damage you say…
The difference between the Battlemages in zone 3 and the War Wizards in zone 8 is absurd. Yes, the Battlemages can gather up many MC, but the most they can do is 0.5 damage for each MC. Meanwhile, the War Wizards can play Elyssa, dealing 4 damage for each MC.
Assuming the “500MC” example: Battlemages would deal around 250 damage (375 with crit) with their NPC or Enchanted Arrow, so the cycle survives (even if damage calculation takes a long time). War Wizards, with the same amount of MC and playing Elyssa, deal around 2000 damage (3000 with crit), which causes the cycle to break.
